It also provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 841AR provides a conductive coating for the interior of plastic electronic enclosures that suppresses EMI/RFI emissions. It excels when corrosion resistance is a concern.

It is smooth, durable, and abrasion resistant. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT and PVA. It provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 838AR is excellent for creating grounded surfaces and in low frequency RFI shielding applications, such as pickup cavities on electric guitars. 8331D is an electrically conductive, silver-filled 2-part epoxy adhesive. It is smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. This product allows for quick, cold-soldering repairs. It can also be used as a solder replacement for bonding heat-sensitive electronic components, or for making conductive connections where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to glass, soft metals, or plastics. 8331D has been formulated to be economical. For a higher fill that maximizes conductivity, use 8330D. For a longer working time, time, use 8331S.

9460TC is a 1-part, heat cured only, thermally conductive epoxy adhesive with an unlimited working time. It is an off-white, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This 1-part adhesive is used to glue heat sinks to LEDs, CPUs and other heat-generating components. It does not require mixing and is suitable for use with manual, pneumatic, and automatic dispensing systems.

8331S – Silver Conductive Epoxy Adhesive This electrically conductive paste is a 2-part heat-cured epoxy with a long working time. It is smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. This electrically conductive epoxy paste can be used as a solder replacement for bonding heat-sensitive electronic components, or for making conductive connections where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to glass, soft metals, or plastics. It provides excellent EMI/RFI shielding and is very effective in filling seams between metal plates. 8331S has been formulated to be economical. For a higher fill version that maximizes conductivity, use 8330S. For a shorter working time or room temperature cure, use 8331 or 8331D. For a 1-part alternative use 9410 or 9400. We also offer a full line of thermally conductive electrically insulating epoxy adhesives.

9410 is a 1-part electrically conductive epoxy adhesive. It has unlimited working time at room temperature. It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates, and offers strong chemical resistance. 9410 is designed for semi-conductor flip chip packaging as well as die attach for small chips, LEDs and diodes. It provides excellent EMI/RFI shielding and is very effective at filling in seams between metal plates. It can be readily used in manual, pneumatic and robotic dispensing processes.

8330S Silver Conductive Epoxy Adhesive: Slow Cure / Extreme Conductivity

This product allows for quick, cold-soldering repairs. It can also be used as a solder replacement for bonding heat-sensitive electronic components, and for making conductive connections where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to glass, soft metals, or plastics. 8330 is highly filled to maximize electrical conductivity. For a more economical version, use 8331. For a longer working life, use 8330S.

9400 is an electrically conductive, silver-filled, 1-part epoxy adhesive with a low cure temperature. It is smooth, thixotropic, non-sagging, and bonds well to a wide variety of substances. It has an unlimited working life at room temperature. This product can create electrically conductive bonds where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to heat-sensitive components, glass, soft metals, or conductive polymers. It also works well in semi-conductor packaging, microelectronic attachment and lid-sealing, and as a die attach for small chips, LEDs and diodes. It does not require mixing and can be readily used in manual, pneumatic and robotic dispensing processes. 9400 has been formulated to have a low Tg, which allows for minimal stress on substrates during temperature changes. For a higher Tg, use 9410.

125-46A/B is an easy to use, 1 to 1 mix ratio, two part, heat cured, flexible, silver–filled epoxy adhesive used for making electrical and mechanical attachments on electrical components and devices. Unlike typical heat curing systems, this product always results in excellent conductivity and is less sensitive to handling and ambient conditions. It not only has the performance of excellent heat resistant, mechanical, chemical stability, radiation resistant, and self-extinguishing, but also emi shielding, high thermal conductivity. Now we have HN polyimide film sputtering aluminum and black polyimide film sputtering aluminum.

117-33 is a flexible, electrically conductive, silicone pressure sensitive adhesive. The overall balance of peel strength, cohesion, lap shear strength and high temperature holding power provides a versatility that makes this product useful in a wide range of fastening and bonding applications. This product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. Some applications for 117-33 include, polymer thick film circuitry, and electrical attachments for stress sensitive devices. 117-33 is one of the few conductive adhesives that can bond to silicone substrates and surfaces. TP7209 is a low bond strength thermoplastic film adhesive. It is designed for bonding heat-sink, component, and substrate. This unique diamond flled material has excellent thermal conductivity and is tacky at room temperature.

ESP8450-WL is a high melt-flow version of standard ESP8450 designed for large area bonding and wafer-level lamination for stack-chip applications. It is a solvent resistant, silver-filled, flexible epoxy film adhesive designed for bonding die, component and substrate to a mismatched substrate or carrier. This novel, B-staged electrically conductive adhesive offers excellent flexibility from-55°C to 150°C. The dry, tack-free handling of the film makes it ideal for an automated pick and place assembly and is reworkable from 80°C to 150°C. ESP8450-WL has excellent thermal conductivity and its low Tg adhesive imposes minimum thermal stress on bonded parts during thermal cycling or shock testing.

EG8050 is an electrically conductive, silver filled epoxy which exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials with highly mismatched CTE's (i.e., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). Post bake at 100°c or 125°c for 24 hrs using a vacuum or air flow oven is recommended in order to pass NASA outgassing testing. It can be readily reworked at 80-150°C and is ideal for applications such as large area die attach and substrate attach because of it's ability to bond materials with highly mismatched CTE.

TC8750 is a silver-filled, B-staged epoxy film adhesive. It is designed for bonding component and substrate to a mismatched substrate or carrier. Its low Tg imposes minimum thermal stress on bonded parts during thermal cycling or shock testing. It has excellent thermal conductivity and can be used for most applications at temperatures from -65 to 150°C. It is reworkable at 80-150°C. Customers must test the adhesive for their specific applications to confirm its suitability. TC8750 is designed to meet the hybrid adhesive specification MIL-STD-883; Method 5011. It exhibits low outgassing at 125°C and passes NASA Outgassing requirements.

ME8412 is a silver filled, solvent free, electrically and thermally conductive paste. It is designed for automated, online, die attach processing. It is thixotropic and will not sag on vertical surfaces. Designed to meet the hybrid adhesive specification, Mil Std 883; Method 5011.4 in terms of ionic impurities, ME8412 exhibits low outgassing at 125C and passes NASA outgassing requirements.

ME8630-RC is an extra fine silver filled 100% solid rapid curing die- attach for finer pitch application. It is a low stress, low temperature curable die-attach adhesive paste. This single component, silver filled paste is electrically and thermally conductive. It is highly thixotropic with outstanding compatibility for bonding different adherends. The relatively medium Tg and modulus made it suitable for bonding both smaller and relatively large devices. ME8630-RC has been designed to eliminate bleeding on both silver plated copper and alloy 42 lead frames. It maintains more than 150 psi bond strength at 250°C for high temperature wire-bonding.

MC8880 is a one part, silver-filled cyanate ester adhesive that is electrically and thermally conductive. It is designed for use in both chip and component level attach application to reduce stress. It can withstand temperatures up to 300°C without thermal degradation. Its unique chemistry results in very low moisture absoption, high adhesive strength.

125-19FS is a flexible, re-workable, electrically conductive, silicone-based ink. The overall balance of peel strength, cohesion, printability and high temperature holding power provides a versatility that makes this product useful in a wide range of coating, printing, fastening and bonding applications. This product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. Some applications for 125-19FS include, but are not limited to, emi/rfi shielding of polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, and electrical attachments for stress sensitive devices. 125-19FS is one of the few conductive inks that can bond/adhere to silicone substrates and surfaces. In addition, it can be bonded to some types of Teflon® surfaces and rubber surfaces. 125-19FS is optimized for screen-printing but can also be syringe dispensed, dipped and sprayed. It exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials with highly mismatched CTE's (i.e., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). The high thermal conductivity of this material makes it useful for bonding large area die and components. ME7156 can be readily reworked at 80-100°C. Positive displacement dispensing equipment with ceramic auger is recommended..

TP8205 is a silver filled, low bond strength thermoplastic film adhesive. It is designed for bonding heat sink, component, and substrate. It is electrically and thermally conductive.

120-07(LPS) is a screen-printable, electrically conductive ink, coating and adhesive suitable for application by stamping, screen-printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kynar, Kapton, Mylar, polycarbonate, glass and can also be used on low surface energy coatings such as transparent conductive oxides. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing.
