It is smooth, hard, and abrasion resistant. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT, PVA and ABS/PC blend. It also provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 841AR provides a conductive coating for the interior of plastic electronic enclosures that suppresses EMI/RFI emissions. Total Ground™ Carbon Conductive Spray Paint 838AR is an economical conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with highly conductive carbon powder. It is smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. This electrically conductive epoxy paste can be used as a solder replacement for bonding heat-sensitive electronic components, or for making conductive connections where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to glass, soft metals, or plastics. It provides excellent EMI/RFI shielding and is very effective in filling seams between metal plates. 8331S has been formulated to be economical. For a higher fill version that maximizes conductivity, use 8330S. For a shorter working time or room temperature cure, use 8331 or 8331D. For a 1-part alternative use 9410 or 9400. 125-19FS is a flexible, re-workable, electrically conductive, silicone-based ink. The overall balance of peel strength, cohesion, printability and high temperature holding power provides a versatility that makes this product useful in a wide range of coating, printing, fastening and bonding applications. This product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. Some applications for 125-19FS include, but are not limited to, emi/rfi shielding of polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, and electrical attachments for stress sensitive devices. 125-19FS is one of the few conductive inks that can bond/adhere to silicone substrates and surfaces. In addition, it can be bonded to some types of Teflon® surfaces and rubber surfaces. 125-19FS is optimized for screen-printing but can also be syringe dispensed, dipped and sprayed. 120-07(LPS) is a screen-printable, electrically conductive ink, coating and adhesive suitable for application by stamping, screen-printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kynar, Kapton, Mylar, polycarbonate, glass and can also be used on low surface energy coatings such as transparent conductive oxides. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing.
