ECP 9603 is a proprietary injection molding compound utilizing multi-wall carbon nanotube technology to give a permanently anti-static, conductive material. Special compounding techniques at low filler loadings ensure the retention of physical properties and excellent cleanliness.

ECP 574/JSF181/4125 Permanently Conductive Clear Flexible Polyurethane Graphene Paint.

ECP 9905 is Conductive Glass Fiber Filled Polyphenylene Sulfide Carbon Nanotube Compound Injection Molding proprietary TBA ECP injection molding compound utilizing multi wall carbon nanotube technology to give a permanently conductive material. Special compounding techniques at low filler loadings ensure the retention of physical properties and excellent cleanliness. ECP 9905 is a very high performance thermoplastic with a very high modulus and strength plus a very high continuous service temperature (240°C, short term exposure up to 270°C). It is inherently flame retardant (UL 94 V0), has very good chemical and oxidation resistance, very low water absorption and very low creep, even at elevated temperatures.

FloorShield-H is a premium lithium polysilicate hardener for fresh, newly troweled concrete and tilt-up construction slabs. This fast drying reactive formula provides maximum hardening to improve abrasion resistance and reduce dusting with a simple, one-coat application.

ECP 1015 is a proprietary injection molding compound utilizing special fillers to give a permanently conductive anti-static material and reinforced material. The compound is designed to comply with the electrical conductivity requirements for materials laid out in Defense Standard (59-98) and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007. Moldings made from ECP 1015 exhibit excellent dimensional stability. The material flows well and the formulation allows for homogeneous conductivity in a variety of cross-sections of molding. The material is tough, strong with good impact performance and is black in color.

ECP 526 'Extra' Conductive Water-based anti-slip epoxy. ECP 526 'Extra' is high-quality water borne two pack epoxy system. Environmentally friendly, it offers the advantages of low odor, and easy cleaning of equipment with water and anti-slip properties. Additionally, the coating has an advantage over conventional anti-slip coatings as it can be applied by virtually any method, including spraying. It is very esthetically appealing as it is made without the traditional additives used in anti-slip coatings such as grit and metal shards and provides a silky matte finish.

ECP XYL100CAN Xylene Thinners. It is essentially a mixture of Xylene Isomers and Ethyl Benzene.

It is a single component permanently conductive clear acrylic coating that provides effective static elimination for electronics safe handling area and explosive atmosphere applications. Fully compliant with BS EN 61340- 5.1:2007 and ATEX. It contains carbon nanotubes, a graphene derivative.

The compound is suitable for injection molding, profile extrusion and sheet extrusion applications, which require good flexibility and high impact properties. The compound meets the specifications laid down for handling static sensitive devices in BS IEC 61340-5-1:2007 and ATEX regulations. Low level emi shielding is also attained.
