Product Characteristics

The reducer is a mixture of substances, Xylene mix and Butyl Ethanoate.
Self-igniting - the product is not self-igniting
The danger of explosive - the product is not explosive, possible formation of explosive air and vapor mixtures.

Spray Coating: ECP 502/JSF024 thinners should be used to dilute the concentrate paint ECP 502/JSF023 to suit local spray conditions. Typically 2 parts of concentrate to 1 part thinners can be used in a conventional gravity feed spray gun or alternatively a pressure pot with an agitator. A gun pressure of 30 psi is recommended. Two passes of the diluted paint are normally required to give the optimum thickness and surface resistivity values.

Precautions: Highly Flammable: Keep away from sources of ignition - no smoking (S16). Keep away from heat, sparks and open flames. Keep all containers closed when not in use.

Use under Well Ventilated Conditions: Do not breathe vapor (S23). Harmful by inhalation (R20). In case of insufficient ventilation wear suitable respiratory equipment (S38) such devices must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. For excessive vapor, inhalation removes to fresh air and summon medical attention.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes (S24/25): In case of skin, contact washes with soap and water, dry and apply work cream. Eye contact - flush with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention. If accidentally swallowed summon medical attention.
