NORYL™ Resin SE100X is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and high-impact polystyrene (HIPS). This injection moldable grade features non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardants, achieving a UL94 flame rating of V0 at 6 mm and V1 at 1.5 mm, complemented by a UL746C outdoor suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ Resin SE100X excels in electrical performance, boasting low moisture absorption, excellent flow properties, dimensional stability, and hydrolytic stability. LNP™ ELCRIN™ DMX1234RCC is an improved scratch-resistant polycarbonate copolymer containing 25% post-consumer recycled content. This standard flow, UV-stabilized, custom-colorable resin is unreinforced and features excellent scratch resistance, impact resistance, and weatherability with no PFAS intentionally added. Suitable for injection molding, it is ideal for a variety of applications, including automotive interiors, sport/leisure, personal accessories, home and commercial appliances, electrical devices and displays, and electrical components and infrastructure.
