ELASTOSIL® N 2034 is a self-leveling, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. This product is flame retardant and meets the UL 94 V-0 standards.

ELASTOSIL® RT 705 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part silicone that cures with heat. It is primarily used for potting and coating applications but can also be used as a surface adhesive when applied in a thin layer, such as by silk-screen printing. Once cured, ELASTOSIL® RT 705 exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates and demonstrates long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can withstand continuously changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230 °C (446 °F) without sustaining any damage.

SILRES® K is a solution of a condensation-curing methyl silicone resin in toluene. The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Besides, SILRES® K is the ideal product for making tack-free prepregs with excellent storage stability. Fully cured SILRES® K has a very low carbon content and thus yields a high ash content when pyrolized. Composites made of SILRES® K show long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. They can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures significantly higher than 300 °C (572 °F). SILRES® K also provides water repellency and excellent electrical insulation properties to the respective composite materials.

ELASTOSIL® RT 722 RB A/B is a thixotropic, two-component silicone sealing adhesive that cures to an elastomer through thermal curing. It is specifically designed for various sealing applications. This product is well-suited for use as a sealing adhesive for electronic control units, as well as for FIPG (formed-in-place gasket) applications in plastic and metal housings. It can also be used as a dam material for dam-and-fill applications and for sealing and gasketing of housings.

ELASTOSIL® RT 774 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 774 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The compressible silicone elastomer can continuously endure changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 140°C (284°F) without damage.

It offers primerless adhesion to various substrates. Furthermore, this silicone rubber undergoes rapid heat curing and features ultraviolet fluorescence properties.
