Composite Materials Laminate B is a high strength, medium weave glass epoxy laminate that retains a minimum of 50 percent of its room temperature flexural strength when tested at 150ºC. Typical applications include insulation in power generation equipment and other structural applications when used in elevated temperatures. Composite Materials Laminate B is certifiable to MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB.

RTU Encapsulant is a pourable, addition-curing, 2-part silicone rubber of low viscosity that cures extremely fastafter activation by UV light exposure to a soft silicone elastomer.

Elastomers EPR is an oil and solvent resistant off-white colorable polymeric composition in pellet form, based on EPDM rubber containing peroxide curing agent, ready for extrusion in a conventional CV or dry cure extrusion line. ELASTOSIL® R 573/50 A/B is a two-component, electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber for the manufacture of electrically conductive products. This product is an addition-cured electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber that shows a low volume resistivity. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P 250 is an opaque paste with a medium consistency and slight thixotropic properties. It possesses good electrical properties, including insulation, relative permittivity, and electric strength. Additionally, it exhibits strong adhesion to metals and ceramic materials. When applied as a coating, WACKER® Silicone Paste P 250 provides excellent water repellency, offering a certain level of protection against corrosion. POWERSIL® 190 MH is a one-component silicone rubber compound that is peroxide-curing and ready to use. It is specifically formulated for high voltage applications. ELASTOSIL® R Plus 5305/70 is a platinum-catalyzed, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacturing of extruded articles. Cured articles exhibit excellent transparency and very good mechanical properties. This silicone rubber is suitable for applications such as ignition and battery cables, utilizing addition curing and two-component systems.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/80 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and display good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Additionally, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

POWERSIL® Fluid TR 50 is a fully synthetic silicone fluid that is nonvolatile and noncorrosive. It possesses a high fire point and exhibits virtually self-extinguishing behavior, significantly reducing the fire hazard compared to conventional transformer fluids. This fluid demonstrates exceptional thermal stability, even in the presence of air, enabling higher thermal utilization when compared to other liquid coolants.

POWERSIL® 311 MH is a one-component, ready-to-use peroxide curing compound. It cures to form an electrically insulating silicone elastomer with high erosion resistance. This product is specifically recommended for the production of electrical insulating equipment used outdoors, such as composite insulators, arrester housings, bushings, and more. It is particularly suitable for extruded parts that are cured in the air.

WACKER® Primer G 790 Toluene Free is a solution of reactive siloxanes and silanes in an organic solvent. It is specifically formulated to be free of toluene and other aromatic solvents. The primer can be applied directly to the substrate or diluted if desired. As the solvent evaporates and when exposed to ambient humidity, the primer forms a rigid film that firmly adheres to the substrate. By applying a silicone rubber onto the primed substrate and subsequently vulcanizing it, a strong bond is achieved between the silicone rubber and the substrate.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P is a translucent, vaseline-like paste that has a relatively stiff consistency and provides water repellency. When applied to parts, WACKER® Silicone Paste P offers excellent water repellency, which helps protect against corrosion. The paste also becomes softer when subjected to shear stress or other mechanical stress, such as kneading. This softening effect often makes the processing of the paste easier.

WACKER SilGel® 613 is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber that undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in a highly flexible silicone gel. This product offers inherent tack and possesses excellent mechanical damping properties. Furthermore, when used in conjunction with ELASTOSIL® CAT UV, WACKER SilGel® 613 exhibits rapid UV curing at room temperature while maintaining a long pot life.

SEMICOSIL® 989/1K is a one-part, ready-to-use silicone rubber that cures through thermal curing. It is non-slumpy and exhibits thixotropic properties, making it easy to handle and apply. This transparent silicone rubber has a medium hardness, providing a balance between flexibility and rigidity. It cures rapidly with heat and offers primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B is a pourable, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel through addition-curing. It has a 1:1 mixing ratio and demonstrates thixotropic behavior. This product offers rapid heat curing and forms a soft gel during vulcanization. SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B has a low volatile and uncured polymer content. It maintains almost constant properties within a wide temperature range, from -40 °C to +180 °C. Additionally, it boasts a low ion content.

POWERSIL® 3500 MH is a high-temperature vulcanizing (HTV) silicone rubber, used as an addition-curing one-component compound for the production of press-cured articles. The resulting vulcanized products are resistant to tracking and display good to very good mechanical properties. The compound does not release any peroxide split products during cure or post-cure processes. The curing system is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials; cure time can be reduced by 30-50%, depending on the wall thickness.

POWERSIL® GEL C 670 A/B is a two-component, addition-curing silicone mixture that cures at room temperature to a soft silicone gel. The gel is filled with a special lightweight filler, resulting in low density and compressibility. This unique compressibility makes the material suitable for applications in closed instruments without pressure compensation containers.

ELASTOSIL® R 573/70 A/B is a two-component, electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber for the manufacture of electrically conductive products. SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A has a mixing ratio of 10:1 for its two parts and exhibits low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. It offers the advantage of extremely fast curing at room temperature after UV activation. The cured elastomer has low hardness (Shore 00). Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A contains a UV tracer, providing process control options during application.

The applied mixture offers a process control option by UV light (it contains a UV tracer).
