SILRES® BS 1803 is a solvent-free emulsion based on organo-modified silanes and siloxanes. It is specifically designed to act as a water-repellent admixture for semi-dry concrete and other non-load-bearing cement-based building materials, including paving stones and concrete blocks. SILRES® BS 1803 helps to minimize the amount of water absorbed by the concrete or other cement-based materials, thereby enhancing their durability and resistance to moisture-related issues.

SILRES® BS 1803 A is a stable and VOC-compliant silicone emulsion with a 60% active content. It is specifically designed to reduce water uptake and create visual beading on concrete substrates while allowing the pores and capillaries to remain unblocked. This product is particularly effective when it comes to preventing water uptake and promoting beads, even at very low addition levels. One of the main applications of SILRES® BS 1803 A is as an admixture for non-load bearing cement-based formulated products, including precast products, blocks, and pavers. By incorporating this emulsion into the formulation, the resulting products gain enhanced waterproofing properties and resistance to water penetration. Furthermore, SILRES® BS 1803 A can also be used as a topical sealer for post-treatment of cement-based formulated products.

ARCOR® EE-96 is a solvent-free, two-component rebuilding compound specifically formulated to provide high wear and abrasion resistance. CP-1007™ is a non-flammable, non-toxic, non-acid, penetrating silicate sealer that strengthens and internally waterproofs cementious materials. CP-1007 is water-based and environmentally friendly. Unlike membrane forming sealers which can be worn away in high traffic areas’, leaving unprotected concrete unsightly and susceptible to chemical attack, CP-1007 penetrates into the surface and cannot be scratched or peeled off. When applied to concrete or masonry, CP-1007 reacts with calcium hydroxide and reduces porosity and permeability of the concrete matrix. This serves to increase the hardness and chemical resistance which, in turn, increases the service life of the surface. In conditions where salt air and humidity attack the concrete, causing oxidation of the reinforcing steel, CP-1007 has proved to halt such corrosion activity. When the CP-1007 is applied to concrete exposed to such conditions, exfoliation or expulsion of the chlorides takes place. The CP-1007 reacts with free alkali in the concrete forming a silica hydrogel that fills the capillaries within the matrix. This hydrogel waterproofs and seals the surface after all materials harmful to the concrete are removed. This process could take up to thirty days or longer, depending on the chloride and acidic residual concentration within the capillaries.

BD54750 is a low viscosity polyamine epoxy product. The BD54750 is designed for metals and plastics bonding. This product is ideal for highway and bridge deck repairs, potting, casting, and encapsulation, floor systems, linings of tanks and pipes, and coatings. This product has good chemical, corrosion, and water resistance. It is especially formulated for a 1:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 4 hours with a full cure at room temperature within 48 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.

SW-244-40 VOC™ is a DOT grade clear, penetrating 40% alkylalkoxysilane water repellent designed for the protection of exterior above-grade concrete, brick masonry. It penetrates the surface and bonds chemically to the substrate, resulting in permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule. SW-244-40 VOC is not a coating and as a result will not discolor or change the surface appearance in any way.

SW-244-100™ VOC is a high performance, 100% silane water repellent. This unique silane system is designed to penetrate deeply into the substrate and impart a high level of water and chloride ion screening. This provides the substrate with long lasting protection. SW-244-100 VOC is not a coating and as a result will not discolor or change surface appearance.

SW-244 is a clear penetrating, breathable water repellent designed for the protection of exterior above-grade concrete, brick masonry, and some natural stones from the damage caused by water intrusion. It penetrates the surface and bonds chemically to the substrate, resulting in permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule. SW-244 is not a coating and as a result will not discolor or change the surface appearance in any way.

FloorShield HP a high performance industrial flooring surface hardener and protective clear coat. This floor treatment is a micro film forming hybrid inorganic/organic nanolithium coating that hardens and seals concrete floors, producing a very hard, dust repellent, chemical resistant and water tight surface..

Arma 901-90AS (800% Elongation) is a two-component, polyurea elastomer spray system that can be applied under harsh environmental conditions. These products are non-hydrophobic with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance, providing excellent elongation.

Cipadeck® Paver & Concrete Sealer is a clear solvent based acrylic resin sealer for interlocking pavers and concrete. This sealer is available in gloss and anti-slip finishes that will not yellow on exterior exposure.

Admix C-1000/C-1000 NF is added to the concrete mix at the time of batching. Admix C-1000/C-1000 NF consists of Portland cement, silica sand (excluding the NF grade) and various active, proprietary chemicals. These active chemicals react with the moisture in fresh concrete and with the byproducts of cement hydration to cause a catalytic reaction. This reaction generates a non-soluble crystalline formation throughout the pores and capillary tracts of the concrete that permanently seals the concrete and prevents the penetration of water and other liquids from any direction.

STAR MICRO-PAVE AVIATOR® is designed as a premium grade, Asphalt Emulsion (water based) sealcoating that is superior to other conventional mix design sealers. STAR MICRO-PAVE AVIATOR®, as supplied, contains the necessary amount of rubber similar to that specified by the FAA for airfield maintenance. The rubber is “Hot Blended” during the manufacturing process to ensure it is properly fused into the asphalt binder. Cold mixing simply does not achieve the same level of bonding to the asphalt binder particles. Nitoseal® PE290 three-component flexibilised polyester based sealant cures to form a tough resilient seal with a limited degree of movement. The material is self leveling and can be poured or gunned directly into horizontal slots. Nitoseal® PE290 will adhere to both concrete and asphalt surfaces that have been well prepared whether dry or damp.

DURADHESIVE™ PLOWABLE MARKER CASTING ADHESIVE is an epoxy based 100% solids, two component, thermosetting system designed to anchor plowable castings to both concrete and asphalt pavements. It is fast setting and pourable Meets applicable AASHTO specifications.

CRACKBOND® 2100 MV Class B and 2100 MVLPL (Long Pot Life) products are two-component, high strength epoxy adhesives that are ideal for bonding fresh to hardened concrete or perfect for use in a variety of repair projects. CRACKBOND 2100 MV may be used in temperatures between 40°F and 100°F (4°C and 38°C), while CRACKBOND 2100 MV-LPL, with its slower cure rate, may be used in temperatures between 60°F and 110°F (16°C and 43°C).

ClariShield® Solvent-Based Natural Look Clear Sealer provides a low-sheen finish that adds depth of color and enhances the appearance of concrete and pavers.

Crystal Clear 951F is a flattened version of the above sealer for applications where color enhancement is desired without the surface shine or sheen. Fast drying and contains a minimum of 15% solids.

DRYLOK® E1 Latex 1-Part Epoxy Concrete Floor Paint utilizes an Advanced Epoxy Ester Resin fortified formulation for greater protection and durability.

Ply-Guard AS is a fast-curing, two-component polyaspartic (aliphatic polyurea) coating system. Ply-Guard AS exhibits superior color and gloss retention, excellent abrasion resistance, good flexibility, and can be applied directly to properly prepared concrete or metal surfaces. In addition, Ply-Guard AS has very good corrosion, chemical, and UV resistance, and can achieve a uniform coating thickness of 2-8 mils DFT per coat that is free of bubbles and pinholes.

Cactus Industrial PMMA-Based Anti Slip Paint is a solvent-free, 3-component heavy-duty anti-skid flooring system that’s designed for areas subject to extreme abrasion and wear. This specialist, durable flooring coating delivers excellent grip properties for indoor and outdoor use where a sure foothold is required. It’s suitable for all conditions, including wet environments. The system offers fine, medium and coarse aggregate for a suitable textured finish on steel, concrete and other substrates.

Ply-Guard WBAC is a water reducible acrylic finish coating that offers extended exterior durability when used in moderately harsh environments. It provides excellent gloss and color retention. Ply-Guard WBAC is highly resistant to dirt pick-up and has chemical resistance superior to conventional coatings. It is approved by many state D.O.T.’S for use on bridges.

Crystal Clear Stone Seal is a medium viscosity coating designed to seal dense floor surfaces such as flagstone, quarry tile, terrazzo, etc. where a low to medium sheen is desired. Fast drying and contains a minimum solids is 18%.

CHEM-POXY GROUT E999 is solvent-free 100% solids, moisture-insensitive three component, ultra-low creep, pumpable, high flow and non-shrink epoxy grout system. It is formulated to be highly flowable for clearances down to 13mm.

Pilgrim Permocoat EM 5-2 is a versatile system with excellent physical and chemical properties. High strength, solvent free adhesives for structural bonding, grouting, dowel or rebar anchoring. Use neat as an adhesive or mix with an aggregate as a no-shrink mortar for patching and topping, for splicing concrete piling, for leveling heavy equipment and for anchoring bolts. Use as a bonding adhesive between plastic concrete and hardened concrete. Use on dry or damp substrates.
