AFCONA 3758 is a leveling and flow control agent for solvent-based coatings with anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3758 is a special modified polyacrylic polymer. It reduces drastically surface tension of organic coating systems. This, together with good compatibility in most solvent-based systems and with minimal foam stabilizing effect, makes it very effective as an anti-crater and flow control agent for all solvent-based coatings.

AFCONA 2726 is an effective defoamer and air-releaser for filled and unfilled epoxy, urethane, and polyurethane systems. It is a silicone-based product developed for rapid de-aeration of polyurethane and epoxy compounds used in flooring and general industrial applications. Furthermore, this product is highly effective in defoaming UPE systems.

AFCONA 3250 is an additive designed to provide the highest slip in all solvent-based coatings without stabilizing foam. It is specially developed for all solvent-based systems where slip is the most important factor and foam stabilization is undesirable. AFCONA 3250 belongs to the same family as AFCONA 3230. But while AFCONA 3230 is effective only in polyurethane coatings, AFCONA 3250 works in all solvent-based coatings.

AFCONA 3777 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is the 1st generation of fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic. Recommended as non-silicone leveling agent where silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. However, we highly recommend a combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance.

AFCONA 3239 is an additive designed as a slip and leveling agent that also offers defoaming. It is a very suitable leveling agent for epoxies, and will not stabilize foam, but instead act as an effective defoamer in such systems.

AFCONA 3236 is an additive designed to provide slip and leveling, as well as good defoaming performance. It is an alkyl-modified polysiloxane that offers excellent slip and leveling properties. Unlike other organically modified polysiloxanes, AFCONA 3236 acts as a defoamer and does not stabilize foam in most systems, making it suitable for foam-sensitive applications such as floor coatings and high-build systems.

AFCONA 3670 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. AFCONA 3670 is an improved version of AFCONA 3777 on managing surface control of coatings. It has lower surface tension than AFCONA 3777. The combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance is highly recommended.

AFCONA 2727 is a very effective defoamer and air-releaser for filled and unfilled epoxy, UPE, and polyurethane systems. It is a silicone-based product developed to aid in the rapid de-aeration of polyurethane and epoxy compounds used in flooring or general industrial applications. This is the most effective defoamer for epoxy self- leveling systems.

AFCONA 3773 is a leveling and surface tension reduction agent for non-aqueous industrial coatings. It is an acrylic-modified fluorocarbon designed to provide anti-crater, substrate wetting, and leveling performance. Compared to AFCONA 3777, AFCONA 3773 has better compatibility and leveling performance. It offers a well-balanced combination of defoaming and leveling performance, making it an ideal choice for use as a universal leveling agent.

AFCONA 3700 is a wetting, leveling and flow control agent for solvent-free and solvent-based coatings with excellent anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3700 is a highly fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic polymer. It has very low surface tension and therefore it can substitute and perform as silicones without the side effects of silicones.

AFCONA 3034 is an additive designed to reduce surface tension, improve substrate wetting, and provide anti-crater performance and leveling, including vertical leveling. Its fluorocarbon modification gives it a very low surface tension, further enhancing its performance in anti-crater properties, substrate wetting, and leveling.

AFCONA 3033 is an additive designed to improve the slip and leveling performance of solvent-based coatings. It is an end-modified special polysiloxane, which enhances the dry slip characteristics of coatings, making it particularly suitable for wood coatings and thermoplastic resins.

AFCONA 3238 is an additive designed as a slip and leveling agent that also offers defoaming. For matte finish coatings, the addition of AFCONA 3238 will help in the orientation of matting agents. In UV curing systems, this product further reduces gloss when added together with a matting agent.

AFCONA 3779 is a leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is a pure polyacrylic leveling agent. Polyacrylics are well known for flow and leveling performance. AFCONA 3779 also acts as defoamer in most coating systems. It provides anti-flooding and floating properties, works as a defoamer and deareator.

AFCONA 3280 is a special modified polysiloxane that is soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and ketones, but insoluble in water. It offers slip, defoaming, and improvement of surface characteristics without hurting intercoat adhesion. Additionally, it offers better hot water resistance than other polyether modified polysiloxanes.

AFCONA 3030 is a slip and leveling additive for both solvent and water-based systems. It is a polyether-modified polysiloxane and is recommended as a slip and leveling agent to prevent Bénard Cells and provide leveling and prevent craters. It can be used in both water- and solvent-based applications, though it may stabilize foam in water-based coatings.

The combination of silicone and non-silicone polymers in AFCONA 2722 allows it to act as both an anti-foam and de-aeration agent, with the silicone part of the formulation responsible for de-aeration and the non-silicone part providing anti-foaming and defoaming properties.

ADDAPT BioWet 35 is a solvent free, ready biodegradable wetting/leveling agent for aqueous systems such as cleaning agents and coatings/lacquers on wood substrates. ADDAPT BioWet 35 exhibits good dynamic and static surface tension values. A blend of PolyAlkylene Glycols, dispersants and Polyhydroxy - Amide. The ingredients are EINECS registered.

Polyflow KL - 100 It provide powerful reduction in durface tension which leads to excellent substrate wetting and leveling. The additive causes no foam stabilization. It doesn't increase surface slip and doesn't impair recoatability.

ADD-3239 is a silicone-based leveling additive with defoaming properties. It improves the surface properties of solventbased and solvent-free coatings with particular emphasis upon leveling. With a slight influence on surface tension, ADD-3239 can impart defoaming properties to the system. It is soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and ketones but insoluble in water. Sometimes it is necessary to dilute this 100% active material with a compatible solvent to improve its compatibility in a particular system. ADD-3239 is suitable for coatings and composite.
