Polynt Group 22-00 series gelcoat is formulated from high quality polyester resin, which cures to form a tough, glossy finish with superior gloss and water resistance. 22-series gelcoat does not contain filler.

AeroWindTech AWTNPP 204 is designed for vacuum bag lay-up composites, metal-to-metal bonding structures, and resin infusion layup processes. It is a white nylon with red tracers to prevent material being left behind. This Heat Set and scoured finish material is a 100% Nylon 6, 6 fiber and melts at approximately 419° F (212° C). This product is not recommended for phenolic systems. The fabric leaves a rough surface impression for priming and secondary bonding and is available in precision slit widths.

POLYCOR® LP BR WHITE 9199 - A pre-accelerated gel coat based on modified Isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This product is formulated for use in a variety of industrials composite parts.

Polynt Group 255X series gelcoats are formulated specifically for the fiberglass industry where reduced flame propagation properties are needed. Its specific formulation results in a unique hardness that helps to prevent graffiti and scratches. 255X series gelcoats are designed for interior application. Because of the special additives that improve hardness and decrease the flame spread, 255X series are not recommended for parts used under direct sun exposure or prolonged water immersion.

Fiberglass (A/Asia) Sales Pty Epoxy 6000 is a high strength, high impact resistant adhesive epoxy gel. The mixed product is a clear amber with both excellent spreading and non-sagging capacity.

Sogel Ortho Balcon Gel coats are developed from an ortho resin with high quality pigments and special to provide good weathering resistance. These gel coats have been formulated to be easily sprayable and have good application properties.

Sogel Aquaguard Shimmer Gel coats are developed from a proprietary ISO/NPG resin with high quality pigments and special additives. These gel coats provide excellent resistance to chlorine, blush/blister resistance, weathering resistance, and gloss retention. They have very good flexibility and crack resistance at demold.

Nord Composites GC 595 is a GC 595 is formulated with iso-NPG polyester resin. Specially formulated for the sanitary industry. thixotropic and pre-accelerated. UV and yellowing resistant. Good covering power. Good resistance to hydrolysis.

Polyform Veil Mat PVM/425/V40/120 is a stitch-bonded reinforcement textile consisting of polyester spunlace nonwoven stitched to a layer of chopped strand glass fiber.

RECKLI Adhesive Paste EP is a slightly thixotropic, solvent-free, two-component adhesive resin for the adhesion of wood, paperboard, natural or synthetic stone, various metals and plastics. Its color is creamy-white.

Schmelzer Industries CURVEIL 10 mil is a non-woven, continuous strand glass fiber surfacing veil for moderate to highly curved composite parts. Process applications include Compression Molding, Continuous Lamination, Electrical Flat Sheet, RTM / Vacuum Infusion, Filament Winding, Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG), Other unique applications.

AeroWindTech AWTNPP 520 SRG is a high temperature Nylon release peel ply coated with a release agent. This fabric will provide ease of release while using most pre-pregs and resin systems and is specifically designed for vacuum bag lay-up composites and metal-to-metal bonding structures. AWTNPP-520-SRG is produced from 100% nylon 6, 6 fiber and melts at approximately 480°F (249°C). This product is not recommended for phenolic systems. This fabric leaves a fine surface impression for priming and secondary bonding and is available in precision slit widths.

Polynt Group 50, 50X - easy to sand and polish; excellent resistance to yellowing and fading due to sun exposure; resistance to thermal change and weathering; higher gloss recovery when polishing back aged or from lower gloss mold; excellent blister resistance. Main applications areas are building and construction, composites etc.

Lavecoat OR is an orthoPhtalic gelcoat for general purposes. Easy to apply and with very good hiding power. It is suitable for parts with moderate external weather ability requirements.

This material is highly suitable for pultrusion, filament winding, RTM, vacuum infusion and hand lay-up processes.

ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats have enabled customers to meet and surpass all requirements of the American National Standard for plastic bathtubs,shower receptors and shower stalls,ANSI Z124.1,.2 and .3 –1995,Sec. 6.1.1. Gel coats in the 953 Series require only the addition of the proper amount of the appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. ArmorFlex® HIGH GLOSS BUFFBACK® gel coats are available in the same wide range of colors as other POLYCOR® gel coats. Refer to Polynt’s POLYCOR® Color Card for color selection. Standard base white ArmorFlex® is 953WJ340.

The fabric leaves a rough surface impression for priming and secondary bonding. It is available in precision slit widths of 60 inches or less.

Nord Composites GC 983 is a gel coat based on Isophthalic resin, thixotropic and pre-accelerated product, gel coat with low styrene content, Good hardening.

Armorflex® 943 - standard iso NPG gel coat; excellent blister resistance; resistant to certain chemicals. Main applications areas are building and construction, composites, industrial sector, marine etc.

Polynt Group 224X series clear gelcoats are enamel like coatings developed for the composites and fiberglass industry. These gelcoats are used as an enamel coating, similar to paint and are often used as a translucent coating. The 224X series gelcoat can also be used to protect the laminate against u.V. Rays. 224X series gel coats are sag resistant and have a fast curing system. This coating system is ready to spray, requiring only the proper addition of an appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure.Formulated for spray and roll application.Fast gel time and cure time that provide a good cure.Require only the addition of a proper amount of mekp to cure.Resistant to thermal change and weathering for parts in contact with water, severe conditions we recommend an iso/npg base gelcoat for marine applications. Parts that have to be assembled should be sanded and cleaned, to obtain a good adherence.

Polynt Group 222X is clear and transparent for granite applications. It is generally used in composites applicatons.

Polycor® Fireblock 2335 SP - intumescent fire retardant properties that conforms to EN 45545 for internal panels in conjunction with fireblock resin systems. Main applications areas are home and domestic applications, mass transports etc.

The formulation of our high performance ISO/NPG Gel coats are based on a special ISO/NPG polyester resin. These products were developed to provide good durability and superior flexibility, while keeping high quality finish and minimal maintenance. The combination of neopentylglycol and isophtalic acid provides excellent resistance to water blistering and osmosis, excellent resistance to chlorine and to the UV light.

Polyform Veil Mat PVM/600/V40/120 is a stitch-bonded reinforcement textile consisting of polyester spunlace nonwoven stitched to a layer of chopped strand glass fiber.

AeroWindTech AWTNPP 589 is designed for vacuum bag lay-up composites, metal-to-metal bonding structures, and resin infusion layup processes. This Heat Set and scoured finish material is a 100% Nylon 6, 6 fiber and melts at approximately 480°F (249°C). This product is not recommended for phenolic systems. The fabric leaves a rough surface impression for priming and secondary bonding and is available in precision slit widths. This product is available in standard white Heat set finish -N or the -SRG Crosslinked polymer for superb release.

POLYCOR® ISO NPG PA WHITE 9199 - A pre-accelerated gel coat based on Isophthalic Neopentylglycol unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This high performance gel coat is formulated for use in sanitary and marine applications or GRP application where resistance to water and blistering are needed.

ArmorFlex® 99F gel coats are advanced technology polyesters that have been formulated for the fiberglass industry. ArmorFlex® 99F gel coats have lower volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) than standard gel coats.

Armorflex® 953 SP is flexible NPG with added crack resistance and excellent UV properties. Good resistance to water and osmotic blistering. Low back side tack and easy to spray. Main applications areas are building and construction, home and domestic applications etc.

Our vinyl ester laminating resin was formulated with an epoxy vinyl ester polymer This gives it very good physical properties and a high resistance to corrosion and penetration of water. This resin is recommended for the manufacture of FRP structures of small to large size with high production rates at room temperature. It is formulated to cure at room temperature with methyl ethyl ketone peroxide.

Polynt Group 25 series gelcoats are formulated from premium polyester resins and fire retardant additives to achieve optimal fire retardancy properties and low slow smoke development. They are suitable for applications requiring a surface with resistance to flame spread and smoke development.
