AeroWindTech continually develops new and reliable products such as vacuum bagging films, release films, vacuum bagging, peel plies, technical fabrics, sealant tapes, and breather cloth to ensure our products meet the quality/process requirements of our customers. AeroWindTech has also teamed up with strategic manufacturing partners as a stocking distributor to better serve our customers.

AeroWindTech AWTNPP 520 SRG is a high temperature Nylon release peel ply coated with a release agent. This fabric will provide ease of release while using most pre-pregs and resin systems and is specifically designed for vacuum bag lay-up composites and metal-to-metal bonding structures. AWTNPP-520-SRG is produced from 100% nylon 6, 6 fiber and melts at approximately 480°F (249°C). This product is not recommended for phenolic systems. This fabric leaves a fine surface impression for priming and secondary bonding and is available in precision slit widths.

AeroWindTech AWTNPP 520 SRG

AeroWindTech AWTNPP 204 is designed for vacuum bag lay-up composites, metal-to-metal bonding structures, and resin infusion layup processes. It is a white nylon with red tracers to prevent material being left behind. This Heat Set and scoured finish material is a 100% Nylon 6, 6 fiber and melts at approximately 419° F (212° C). This product is not recommended for phenolic systems. The fabric leaves a rough surface impression for priming and secondary bonding and is available in precision slit widths.

AeroWindTech AWTFGC 7587 is fiberglass fabric have many unique and outstanding properties, which provide design opportunities for the improvement of existing products and the development of new, lightweight, and cost-efficient products. Inorganic fiberglass textile fibers will not rot, mildew, or deteriorate. They resist most acids, have excellent thermal properties, and high tensile strength ideal for the transportation industry. When choosing your fiberglass, you must consider thickness, weight, construction, yarn size and finish desired. All fiberglass products offered are supported with BMS specification 9-3, AMS or Mil specifications to fulfill all rigid requirements within aerospace manufacturing requirements.

AeroWindTech AWTFGC 7587

AeroWindTech AWTPP 106 is designed for vacuum bag lay-up composites and metal-to-metal bonding structures. The fiber is manufactured from 100% polyester and melts at approximately 480°F (249°C). The fabric leaves a rough surface impression for priming and secondary bonding. It is available in precision slit widths of 60 inches or less.

AeroWindTech AWTFGC 7500 is fiberglass fabric have many unique and outstanding properties, which provide design opportunities for the improvement of existing products and the development of new, lightweight, and cost-efficient products. Inorganic fiberglass textile fibers will not rot, mildew, or deteriorate. They resist most acids, have excellent thermal properties, and high tensile strength ideal for the transportation industry. When choosing your fiberglass, you must consider thickness, weight, construction, yarn size and finish desired. All fiberglass products offered are supported with BMS specification 9-3, AMS or Mil specifications to fulfill all rigid requirements within aerospace manufacturing requirements.

AeroWindTech AWTFGC 120

AeroWindTech AWTPP 601 is designed for vacuum bag lay-up composites and metal-to-metal bonding structures. AWTPP-601 is produced from 100% Polyester fiber. The fiber melts at approximately 480°F (249°C). The fabric leaves a medium surface impression for priming and secondary bonding and is available in precision slit widths. This product is available in standard white heat set finish -N or the -SRG crosslinked Polymer for superb release.
