Everlube® 9500 is a low VOC PTFE based solid film lubricant with a high molecular weight organic binder system. This coating provides excellent abrasion resistance, very good corrosion, chemical resistance and performs best in lighter load carrying applications. For a water based coating, this product is very user-friendly.

Everlube® 9001 is a thermally cured, low VOC MoS2/Graphite based solid film lubricant with a high molecular weight epoxy binder system. This coating provides excellent abrasion resistance, very good chemical resistance, good wear life, and performs best in higher load carrying applications. Everlube® 9001 is approved/qualified to many aerospace and industrial specification.

Everlube® 851 is a MoS2/Graphite based solid film lubricant with a phosphate binder system. Everlube® 851 is used for Fastener applications.

Everlube® 853 is a water-based, thermally-cured high temperature anti-gallant lubricant containing graphite with an inorganic binder. Everlube® 853 is designed to lubricate under high temperatures in aviation and propulsion applications. It is ideally suited for fasteners to provide enhanced torque-tension properties and also provides good durability for severe industrial environments. This product does not contain molybdenum disulfide, lead, heavy metals or antimony compounds.

Everlube® 9420 is a new generation lubricating coating especially formulated to adhere to today’s tougher elastomeric substrates such as EPDM, PVDF, and Viton. This coating is designed to provide a low coefficient of friction and good release properties during production and assembly of rubber and plastic parts.

Everlube® 812 is a thermally-cured, MoS2 based solid film lubricant with a sodium silicate binder system. This coating is specifically designed to provide lubrication in higher temperature applications. Everlube® 812 provides a low coefficient of friction and good wear life, even at elevated temperatures.

Lube-Lok® 2396 is a low VOC, thermally cured, MoS2/Graphite based solid film lubricant which utilizes a silicate binder system. This coating provides excellent thermal stability, very good chemical resistance, lead free, and performs best in higher load carrying applications. Lube-Lok® 2396 is approved/qualified to many aerospace and industrial specification.

Esnalube® 382 is a low VOC, thermally cured, MoS2 based solid film lubricant with a silicate binder system. This coating is designed to provide anti-seize and anti-galling properties in fastener related applications. Esnalube® 382 also provides an extremely low coefficient of friction, very good chemical resistance properties and performs best over a wide range of loads. Specifications for Esnalube® 382 is approved/qualified to many aerospace and industrial specification.

Everlube® 858 is a Graphite Blend based solid film lubricant with a phosphate binder system. Everlube® 858 provides excellent thermal stability, and Silver replacement.

Everlube® 9002 is a low VOC MoS2 based solid film lubricant with a high molecular weight epoxy binder system. This coating provides excellent wear life, abrasion resistance, good chemical resistance, and performs the best in higher load carrying applications. Everlube® 9002 is approved/qualified to many aerospace and industrial specification.

Lube-Lok® S22-TG is a low energy cure, low VOC graphite based solid film lubricant with an inorganic binder system. This coating was specially developed for titanium, aluminum, and magnesium forming applications. Lube-Lok® S22-TG helps to save energy and reduce tooling wear by reducing friction while improving heat transfer characteristics. This coating provides good wear life in medium load applications up to 40,000 psi.

Everlube® 823 is a Graphite based solid film lubricant with a sodium silicate binder system. Everlube® 823 has good high temperature stability.

Lube-Lok® S22-T is a low energy cure, low VOC MoS2/graphite based solid film lubricant with an inorganic binder system. Everlube® 9005 is a MoS2 based solid film lubricant with an epoxy binder system. Everlube® 9005 is Lead & Antimony free.
