Our coatings are PAAE polymers used on tissue paper machines for producing facial tissue, toilet tissue, towel and napkin. The product is sprayed on the Yankee in an aqueous solution together with a release agent.

CP Release 830 is used as a release agent on the tissue paper Yankee Dryer. A diluted solution of CP Release 830 is mixed with CP Coat 750 and sprayed onto Yankee dryer.

CP Soft 60 is a water free concentrated emulsion of mineral oil, moisturizers, emollients, softening enhancers, Aloe Vera and vitamin E. CP Soft 60 is solid at room temperature and needs to be heated in order to be applied.

Deomer-W is designed to deodorize and neutralize Mercaptan. It is composed of natural extracts that will leave a fresh, mild and fruity scent after reacting with Mercaptan. It has also the ability to chemically neutralize ammonia and sulfur gasses.

CP Soft 161 is a special softener for tissue paper. The product is applied without dilution on a tissue paper web in a tissue converting operation. It is of sufficiently low-viscosity to be sprayed or it can be applied through a coating or printing process such as a flexographic or a roto- gravure process. CP Soft 161 cannot be used with an electrostatic spraying system.

CR Coat release agents are used as release aids in the rubber industry. The CR Coat line comprises a range of water-based compounds. Both silicone and silicone free systems are available.

CP-soft 94 is a water free high-viscosity lotion formulated with a high amino silicone content, emollients, Aloe Vera and vitamin E.

CP Soft 100A is used as a softening agent on the tissue paper machine by spraying a diluted solution on the felt before the suction press. It can also be sprayed or printed in the converting process. In both cases, CP Soft 100A will substantially increase the handfeel of the tissue paper.

652 Softening Debonder are concentrated mixes of softening silicones, cationic fatty polyamide amine polymer with emulsifiers.

CP Soft 60C is a water free concentrated emulsion of mineral oil, moisturizers, emollients, softening enhancers and Chamomile Oil. CP Soft 60C is solid at room temperature and needs to be heated in order to be applied.

CP Debond 637 is a concentrated mix of cationic fatty polyamide amine polymer with emulsifiers.

Orange Masking Agent is an odor masking agent. It is used as a complement to DEOMER. It will leave a mild orange scent that will mask unwanted odors.

CP Debond 651 are concentrated mixes of softening silicones, cationic fatty polyamide amine polymer with emulsifiers.

CP Debond 652 is designed to reduce tensile strength of the pulp while improving softness and hand feel of facial and toilet tissue. All our debonders are cationic and are added to the pulp before it reaches the headbox. They can be combined with CP Soft 100A to increase the softening effect. Significant hand feel improvements are obtained in the finished tissue product.

CR Dip compounds are fully formulated slab-dip systems. They are supplied in liquid form and can be formulated with or without fillers.

CR Lube compounds are semi-permanent mold releases used in rubber molding operations. Typically they are diluted up to 40 times their volume in soft water.

CP Soft 145 is a water-based low-viscosity softener formulated with a biodegradable, vegetable base TEA esterquat (Quaternary Ammonium Compound). Chemical name : N,N’-di(alkylcarboxyethyl)-N- hydroxyethyl-N-methylammonium methyl sulfate.
