Applications & Uses
- Plastics & Elastomers Processing Methods
- Applications
- CR Dip compounds are fully formulated slab-dip systems. They are supplied in liquid form and can be formulated with or without fillers. Large volume users with formulating capabilities have the option of adding locally available fillers to the CR Dip system. This concept allows cost optimization and formulation control. CR Dip compounds are diluted in warm water to a 3-6% concentration and agitated for 20 minutes. Mild agitation is required to maintain a uniform suspension.
