It offers a broad antimicrobial spectrum against bacteria, fungi, and yeasts, ensuring effective preservation. With fast action and optimal pH between 3 and 11, it provides cost-effective protection with low use levels. However, caution is advised with high pH (> 11) and temperatures above approximately 60°C, as they can affect stability.
