BIOTREND® CMT1.5 is a broad-spectrum, fast-acting biocide formulation comprising 1.5% 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (CMIT) + 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (MIT). It is effective for preserving a wide range of industrial products.

The use of these dual actives offers numerous unique benefits to the formulator, with enhanced broad-spectrum synergy compared to BIT-only preservatives, especially against Pseudomonas sp. Due to its cost-effectiveness and ease of use, BIOTREND® MB5 can easily replace formaldehyde-based and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives in a wide range of aqueous industrial products.

BIOTREND® DB 20 is a fast-acting, broad-spectrum microbiocide for controlling spoilage, odor-causing, corrosion-inducing, slime-forming bacteria, sulfate-reducing bacteria, fungi, yeast molds, and algae in industrial process and water systems. It is effective in applications such as paper mills, industrial cooling water systems, equipment cleaning, oil field processing, and preservation.

BIOTREND® BIT20-D is a 20% aqueous dispersion of benzisothiazolin (BIT), utilized to inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi, including yeasts and molds. It serves as a highly effective biocide across various applications, such as preservation of latex paints, aqueous industrial preservation, polymer lattices, adhesives, joint compounds, and dispersed pigments like clays, titanium dioxide, and calcium carbonate. BIOTREND® GA50 is Zero VOC, devoid of formaldehyde, and does not generate MIT.

BIOTREND® DAZ 24 is used for the control of bacterial and fungal growth in pulp and paper mill systems. It is particularly recommended for the preservation of pigment, filler, and starch slurries and solutions. Latex coatings, and adhesives (starch, PVC, and dextrin), along with other papermaking additives, can also be preserved with BIOTREND® DAZ 24. Additionally, this product can be used to preserve broken, deinked pulp, or pulp held in storage. It is completely water-soluble and effective in both acidic and alkaline systems.

Z-NOX® 1135 is an antioxidant designed for plastics & elastomers applications. Belonging to the chemical family of phenols, this product effectively counteracts oxidation processes. It is compatible with various polymers and resins including acrylics, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polyethylenes (PE), polyurethanes (PU), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and polystyrenes (PS). Z-NOX® 1135 ensures the preservation of material integrity by providing good thermal stability. ESTISURF® CF20 is a nonionic emulsifier based on modified fatty acid MEA amides. It is used as an emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor for water-miscible metal working fluids, cleaning agents, and other formulated products. It is also added to the lubricating properties of certain formulations.

LEUNAPON-XF 01 - PRELIMINARY is a liquid nonionic surfactant and anti-foaming agent composed of a polymer with oxirane, mono(2-propylheptyl) ether. It is water-soluble and primarily used for its defoaming properties. Available in bulk, drums, and totes (IBC) packaging types.

Carnauba Wax is obtained from the leaves of the Brazilian palm tree known as ‘Copernica Cerifera’, also referred to as the "Tree of Life". The Carnauba palm flourishes in northeastern regions within Brazil, and proliferates naturally along riverbanks, streams and damp low-lands.The tree exudes wax through the petioles of its fan-shaped leaves, which prevents dehydration in the equatorial climate. The palm leaves, harvested in the dry months occurring from August through December, are sun-dried and mechanically thrashed to separate the wax from the leaf. The color and quality of the wax are governed by the age of the leaves and care used in processing.

Syncal™ OB308 is a specialty overbased calcium sulfonate that will lend detergent/dispersant, acid neutralizing, and rust and corrosion inhibiting characteristics to a variety of lubricating oils, greases, rust preventives, and metalworking fluids. Syncal™ OB308 is a good choice for passenger car, heavy duty diesel, marine and stationary diesel engine oils where good detergency is required. Overbased calcium sulfonate grease manufactured from Syncal™ OB308 will convert readily and exhibit good gel strength retention properties. This product is compatible with most mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.
