Resinoid 2215 is an organic fiber reinforced compound offering moderate impact strength. This product is available in a small pellet suitable for compression, transfer and injection molding.

MICAM’s EFR4/AS is a static dissipative flame retardant epoxy material, which has a surface resistivity of 106 to 109 ohms per square, and is suitable for use in test fixtures.

Polynt Group SMC LPA 2000 R35 is a sheet molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin class “A” grade reinforced with glass fibers. This SMC has been developed for body panel application, with excellent mechanical properties and excellent surface. Good varnish adhesion and excellent gluing are other peculiarities of SMC LPA 2000 R35. SMC LPA 2000 R35 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Toray Toray CFRT® AG18-2L is a reinforced thermoplastic composite laminate. It blends the benefits of a thermoplastic polymer matrix with woven glass fibers in a plain weave for enhanced performance. The AG-18 2L style laminate is available in a dual-layer product with glass fibers in both directions (0° & 90°). This construction is ultra-thin, lightweight, and resilient for improved energy return.

CuClad 250(Er=2.40–2.60) uses a hi gher fiberglass/PTFE ratio to prov ide mechanical properties approac hing those of conventional subs trates. Better di mensional stabi lity and lower thermal expansi on in all di rections are other si gnificant benefi ts. The el ectrical properti es of CuCl ad 250GT and CuClad 250GXare tested at 1MHz and 10GHz respectively. For cri tical perform ance appli cations, CuCl ad products may be specified with an “LX” testing grade; this designates that each sheet will be tested individually, and a te st report will be issued with the order.

Park’s E‐720 is a modified epoxy resin system designed toexposure to high temperature. E‐720 has a proven history inmany demanding aerospace applications.

Resinoid 1360HR is a glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It exhibits outstanding impact strength, electrical and thermal properties. It is particularly suitable for high temperature and strength applications. This material comes in pelletized from and is suitable for transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Polynt Group BMC LP 250/22 RF is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application. Good mechanical properties and good surface are combined into the BMC RF 1600/20. BMC RF 1600/20 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

HexPly® F263 is a structural, heat resistant epoxy resin formulated for excellent translation of high modulus carbon fiber properties in typical aerospace applications. HexPly® F263 is a high temperature, aerospace grade, epoxy resin for HMG with a 350°F (177°C) core.

Mar-Bal MB1000-25 is designed for powder coating and electrostatic painting applications.

SMCarbon® 90CF60-3K - Sheet molding compound based on epoxy resin and reinforced with carbon fibers designed for compression molding technology. This epoxy based SMC is suitable only for application with thickness of 15 mm at maximum.

menzolit® SMC 2600 is a sheet molding compound based on unsaturated polyester resin. The product is glass fiber reinforced and contains mineral fillers. In case of fire the product doesn’t melt, neither does it form droplets nor is smoke generation excessive. The material is compression molded in heated steel molds. It is recommended to work with chrome plated tools. The product contains no halogens or heavy metals nor any candidates from the REACH SVHC list.

IS420 laminate and prepreg products are manufactured with a unique high performance multifunctional epoxy resin, reinforced with electrical grade (E-glass) glass fabric. This system provides improved thermal performance and low expansion rates in comparison to traditional FR-4 while retaining FR-4 processability. In addition to this superior thermal performance, the mechanical, chemical and moisture resistance properties all equal or exceed the performance of traditional FR-4 materials. The IS420 system is also laser fluorescing and UV blocking for maximum compatibility with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, optical positioning systems and photo imageable solder mask imaging.

Renegade Materials Corporation RM-6001 fire walker is a Polyceramic resin, supplied as prepreg using glass insulation fabric, or Quartz fabric.

This material comes in bulk fabric form and is suitable for compression molding.

TU100 is a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fiber-reinforced uni-directional tape that processes in the 600-650oF (315-345oC) temperature range. The prepreg is used in a variety of high performance, structural composite applications. PPS is a high temperature semi-crystalline polymer with a good combination of toughness, chemical and solvent resistance, low moisture absorption and superior FST properties. Polynt Group BMC S 1800 Structural is a bulk molding compound based on a blend of different thermoset resins reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for structural application. Excellent mechanical properties, mainly impact resistance, and easy molding behavior are combined into the BMC S 1800. BMC S 1800 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

RT/duroid® 6006/6010LM microwave laminates are ceramicPTFE composites designed for electronic and microwave circuit applications requiring a high dielectric constant. RT/duroid 6006 laminate is available with a dielectric constant value of 6.15 and RT/duroid 6010LM laminate has a dielectric constant of 10.2

HexPly® M36 is a high performance 180 °C cure matrix developed for aerospace and industrial markets. It can be used in a variety of production techniques (Resin Film Infusion (RFI), prepreg and semipreg) making it easy to process. When cured, HexPly® M36 becomes a tough composite with excellent hot/wet performance. Its low density contributes to increased weight savings, and the flexibility in curing gives potential for composite part cost savings.

Polynt Group BMC RF 600-15 is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application. Good flow and excellent fire protection grade are combined into the BMC RF 600-15. BMC RF 600-15 is certified V0 1,7 mm by UL laboratories. BMC RF 600-15 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

RO4000 laminates are designed to offer superior high frequency performance and low-cost circuit fabrication. The result is a low loss material which can be fabricated using standard epoxy/glass (FR-4) processes. RO4003C™, RO4350B™, RO4360G2™, and RO4835™ laminates are available clad with the Ticer TCR Thin Film resistor foils. Ticer TCR clad RO4000 laminates are available in 0.5oz (18µm) thick foil with resistor values of 25, 50, and 100 Ω/sq(1). 1oz (35µm) thick copper foils are available as special order.

AMC® 8593HT is a chopped carbon fiber reinforced ESC® molding compound. It is easily moldable and provides parts that are high strength, fatigue resistant, with high heat resistance and a low density. The carbon fiber is standard modulus PAN based 3K tow.

Resinoid 1345 is a glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It was specifically developed for molded electric motor commutators where performance for prolonged periods at elevated temperatures while under centrifugal loads is critical.This material comes in pelletized from and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding.

Gillfab® 1369 series laminates are a high strength, low FST grade liners constructed using a combination of woven E and/or S-glass cloth with a modified phenolic resin system and an optional 1 mil white Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVF) film overlay on the face side for surface reflectivity and uniform appearance.

SMCarbon® 24CF60-3K - Sheet molding compound based on vinyl ester resin and reinforced with carbon fibers designed for compression molding technology. These material with a weight reduced potential and a high design freedom enter different areas for structural application where high mechanical properties are requested.

SIMPREX® M745 is an advanced vinyl ester prepreg designed to provide a high performance-to-cost ratio. SIMPREX® M745 has a medium to high tack and provides good adhesion to core materials such as Nomex® honeycomb, balsa and polyurethane foam. It is a great choice for many applications in the range of low to medium service temperature.

Voltoid® HP-450 is a high density composite designed to provide superior flame barrier properties and dimensional stability at high temperatures. Composed of aramid fiber, filler, and polymeric binders, it features low water absorption and exhibits outstanding electrical and mechanical properties.
