Plenco® 08235 is a 15% glass-filled polyester bulk molding compound characterized as a flame-retardant, medium-strength electrical grade. Customers have found this material useful for a broad range of applications such as capacitor cans, electrical enclosures, etc. It is available in bulk or extruded form, natural and black. Cuyahoga Plastics S-4000 is a glass & mineral-filled Silicone Thermoset molding compound designed for components requiring extreme high temperature performance.

Plenco® 05488 is a woodflour and graphite filled phenolic molding compound offering improved abrasion resistance. UL recognized under component file E40654. 05488 is available in brown. 05488 is not recommended for electrical insulating applications.

Plenco® 06301 is an inorganic reinforced phenolic molding compound, offering excellent heat resistance, dimensional stability, and processability. Cuyahoga Plastics AB1000F is an extremely high heat resistant, electrical grade thermoset composite molding compound. Compression, transfer and injection molding grades are available. It is currently supplied in bulk form, cut preforms and box length extrusions.

Warm punching, composite grade with woven glass covers for improved flexural, tensile and impact strength. It has better electrical properties and higher mechanical strength than NP611.

Plenco® 08112 is a general purpose polyester bulk molding compound that is characterized by adding utility to a number of applications. Because of its combination of high heat resistance, good electrical properties and strength. Customers have found this material useful for such applications as iron skirts and other small appliance housings, coil bobbins, and electric motor components such as brush holders. It is available in either bulk or extruded form. Colors are available upon request. It is UL recognized under file E40654.

Plenco® 04504 is a two-stage, mineral and cellulose-filled phenolic molding compound having better impact and heat resistance than general purpose molding compounds. Since it also has good electrical properties, it has found use in a wide variety of wiring device applications. It is UL recognized under file E40654. 04504 is available in black.
