Cuyahoga Plastics AB9500 is a high strength and high heat resistant, glass fiber reinforced thermoset molding compound. It is currently supplied in bulk form only.

Cuyahoga Plastics S-4021 is a glass, mineral & graphite filled Silicone Thermoset molding compound specifically designed for contact components in the hot glass handling industry.

Plenco® 08122 is a general purpose polyester bulk molding compound that is characterized by adding utility to a number of applications. Because of its combination of high heat resistance, good electrical properties, flame resistance and strength. Customers have found this material useful in such applications as iron skirts and other small appliance housings, coil bobbins, and electric motor components such as brush holders. Plenco® 08218 is an 18% glass-filled polyester bulk molding compound characterized as an electrical grade, but has many outstanding properties that make it suitable for a broad range of applications because of its excellent electrical resistance and mechanical strength. Customers have found this material useful for commercial/industrial heavy duty electrical parts, enclosures for power distribution equipment, fuse holders, circuit breaker cases, electric motor housings and components. It is available in bulk or extruded form and colors upon request. It is UL recognized under file E40654.

Customers have found this material useful for a broad range of applications such as capacitor cans, electrical enclosures, etc. It is available in bulk or extruded form, natural and black. Cuyahoga Plastics AB1000F is an extremely high heat resistant, electrical grade thermoset composite molding compound. Compression, transfer and injection molding grades are available. It is currently supplied in bulk form, cut preforms and box length extrusions.

Plenco® 01586 is a glass and mineral-reinforced pelletized polyester molding compound offering excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength properties. Customers have found this material useful for injection molded electrical appliance components. UL recognized under component file E40654. 01586 is available in gray color.

Plenco® 08228 is a glass fiber reinforced polyester bulk molding compound. Plenco® 08228 is formulated for high-strength, low warpage, and a wide processing window. It is available in bulk or extruded form, with custom matched colors available upon request.

Plenco® 01581 is a glass and mineral-reinforced pelletized polyester molding compound, exhibiting excellent dimensional stability, mechanical strength and also arc resistance, track resistance, and flammability ratings. UL recognized under component file E40654. 01581 is available in black and gray colors.

Cuyahoga Plastics EB3000-2 is A U.L recognized, flame retardant, mineral-filled, glass fiber reinforced polyester thermoset molding compound suitable for compression, transfer, and injection molding. It is currently supplied in bulk form, cut preforms and box length extrusions.

Cuyahoga Plastics AB5000 is a UV resistant, flame retardant, glass-reinforced polyester thermoset suitable for outdoor applications. Compression, transfer, and injection molding grades are available. It is currently supplied in bulk form, cut preforms, and box length extrusions.

Plenco® 01501 is a general purpose, mineral filled granular polyester molding compound, offering excellent arc and track resistance properties, low post shrinkage, and improved mechanical strength values. UL recognized under component file E40654. 01501 is available in tan color.

Toray Toray Cetex® MC1322 New is a thermoplastic bulk molding compound (BMC) fabricated from Toray Cetex® TC1320 PEKK thermoplastic uni-directional tape. It is based on a semi-crystalline PEKK thermoplastic polymer and as such has excellent resistance to chemicals and solvents, while also offering excellent elevated service performance, good hot/ wet strength, and offers superior performance in flammability properties. Toray Cetex® MC1322 PEKK is offered on standard-modulus carbon fibers in lengths of up to 25.4 mm (1”). Intermediate modulus fibers and alternative lengths may also be available. Thermoplastic bulk molding compound allows part fabrication with short cycle times. This product also allows complex shapes to be made with varying wall thicknesses, integrated ribs, and reinforcing structures. Compression molded parts are used to replace metal parts for weight savings.

Lattice Composites LCMC-C2 has the highest strength BMC.

Melochem Molding Compound 751 by BI-QEM is a general purpose melamine formaldehyde resin reinforced with highclass cellulose. It is modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It offers good hardness, glossy surface with excellent scratch and chemical resistance. It provides resistance against surfactants and weak bases. It can be processed by compression molding. The molded products can be recycled and exhibit good light stability and low water absorption properties. Melochem Molding Compound 751 is suitable for household and foodservice applications including dinnerware, ramekins, ashtrays, jugs, ladles and bowls. Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C.

Mar-Bal MB4000 is a best high track resistant material. A flame retardant polyester molding compound with moderate strength, excellent electrical properties and exceptional arc and track resistance.

Polynt Group BMC S 1800 Structural is a bulk molding compound based on a blend of different thermoset resins reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for structural application. Excellent mechanical properties, mainly impact resistance, and easy molding behavior are combined into the BMC S 1800. BMC S 1800 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Resinoid 1505 is a milled glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering good mechanical and electrical properties. This product has been specifically formulated for electrical applications where very low post-molded shrinkage is desired. This material comes in granular form and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Mar-Bal MB1000-25 is designed for powder coating and electrostatic painting applications.

Toray Toray Cetex® MC1200 is a thermoplastic bulk molding compound (BMC) based upon Cetex TC1200 PEEK thermoplastic uni-directional tape. Toray Cetex® MC1200 is offered on standard-modulus fibers lengths of up to 25.4 mm (1”). Intermediate modulus fibers and alternative lengths may also be available. Thermoplastic bulk molding compound allows part fabrication with short cycle times. This product allows complex shapes to be made with varying wall thickness, integrated ribs, and reinforcing structure. Many composite compression molded parts are used to replace metal parts for weight savings or they replace plastic injection molded parts where higher strengths or stiffness are required. Toray Cetex® MC1200-4A, PEEK, 25.4 mm (1”) represents standard-modulus AS-4 fiber chopped to 25.4 mm (1”) in length.

Polynt Group BMC RF 600-15 is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application. Good flow and excellent fire protection grade are combined into the BMC RF 600-15. BMC RF 600-15 is certified V0 1,7 mm by UL laboratories. BMC RF 600-15 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Resinoid 1345 is a glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It was specifically developed for molded electric motor commutators where performance for prolonged periods at elevated temperatures while under centrifugal loads is critical.This material comes in pelletized from and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding.
