Acrylamac is Acrylic resin manufactured by Polynt Group.There are 3 types of acrylic resin available. They are - Thermoplastics, Thermoset and Thermoset Carboxyl-Functional Acrylic Resin.

Thermoplastic general purpose resins have excellent pigment dispersion characteristics and can be used as sole film formers or modifying resins. Thermplastic Acrylic resin is also used in Furniture and Industrial sector.
Thermoset resins are designed for 2K systems with either epoxy or isocyanate cure, or 1K systems with melamine cure.Thermosetting solution acrylic resins will not cure without being reacted with a crosslinker. Uses include 2K or baking enamels, industrial maintenance enamels (2K), automotive OEM, and automotive refinish (2K).Their main characteristics are:hard, durable and chemically resistant finishes; superior water resistance; gloss retention.
THERMOSET CARBOXYL-FUNCTIONAL is Conventional solids carboxylated thermosetting acrylic resins are designed to be crosslinked with epoxy resins for can and metal decorating coatings.They provides: Excellent chemical resistance; good balance of hardness and flexibility; excellent metal protection properties.

Polycor has High Performance Weathering and Water resistance: excellent resistance to both discoloration and hydrolysis attack whilst maintaining high gloss level.

Polymac water reducible resins are produced by the same synthetic process as other polyesters. Careful raw material selection provides for the introduction of acid functionality on the polymer backbone, which allows the resin to be thinned with water.

POLYCOR® ISO BR WHITE 9199 - A pre-accelerated gel coat based on Isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This gel coat is formulated to meet the rigid requirements of transportation,boating and sanitary applications.

ENYDYNE® H 68377 TAE - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,DCPD. It is used as general purpose in hand lay up and spray up method.

Rezimac® 62-6260 is a silicone modified, soya-based alkyd exhibiting excellent color and gloss retention that lengthens time to repaint. Enamels formulated with this resin meet the requirements of specifications TT-E-490E and TT-E-1593B. Manufactured in North America. All components of this product are listed on the DSL.

Polynt Composites’ ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats are high performance products formulated for the fiberglass industry. They are primarily formulated for marine and sanitary applications,but should be used in any application where water and chemical resistance are needed. ArmorFlex® 953 Series also have exceptional gloss and buffing characteristics. While offering these benefits,the ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats have retained the important construction application qualities expected from Polynt Composites gel coats,such as resistance to porosity,tearing,and color separation; sag resistance; consistent liquid properties; excellent patchability; and more. These all add up to higher quality appeal in FRP parts made from Polynt’s ArmorFlex® HIGH GLOSS BUFFBACK® gel coats. ArmorFlex® 953 Series gel coats have enabled customers to meet and surpass all requirements of the American National Standard for plastic bathtubs,shower receptors and shower stalls,ANSI Z124.1,.2 and .3 –1995,Sec. 6.1.1. Gel coats in the 953 Series require only the addition of the proper amount of the appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. ArmorFlex® HIGH GLOSS BUFFBACK® gel coats are available in the same wide range of colors as other POLYCOR® gel coats. Refer to Polynt’s POLYCOR® Color Card for color selection. Standard base white ArmorFlex® is 953WJ340.

Polynt Group SMC LPA 2000 R35 is a sheet molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin class “A” grade reinforced with glass fibers. This SMC has been developed for body panel application, with excellent mechanical properties and excellent surface. Good varnish adhesion and excellent gluing are other peculiarities of SMC LPA 2000 R35. SMC LPA 2000 R35 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.
