Tufnol Grade 10G/40 is a high-quality epoxy resin bonded glass fabric laminate. It offers very high mechanical strength and low moisture absorption, combined with excellent electrical properties, under both dry and humid conditions. They are rigid materials with good dimensional stability and good resistance to a wide range of working environments. This is the most widely used grade, suitable for continuous use at temperatures up to approximately 130°C (Class B).

ACP Composites Fiberglass Sheets - Black are solid, high strength laminates consisting of fiberglass prepreg reinforced with high strength epoxy resin. They are FR4 grade fire retardant and can be safely substituted where G10 is called for. Fiberglass Sheets are Autoclave cured at high temperatures and pressure to ensure a strong, rigid product that cannot be re-shaped after cured. Unlike with a wet layup, Autoclave curing consistently yields flat, lighter weight sheets with minimal voids, waves or buildups.
