NP130 is a woven glass fabric combined with halogenated epoxy resin system. NP130 is produced to printed circuit board quality standards. It is flame retardant, and meets the requirements of MIL-I-24768/27, Type GEE-F and IEC-60893-3-2 EP GC 202.

NP130HF is a woven glass fabric composite combined with epoxy resin system, which is engineered to provide better physical properties than standard NEMA FR-4. It is significantly more dimensionally stable than NP130 or NP510A because of its low resin content. The main application for NP130HF is for “bed-of-nails” probe boards used for printed circuit board testing, and other structural applications. Certification to IEC-60893-3-2 EP GC 202

MC511SN, StatNot™, is a static dissipative epoxy, woven glass based material with excellent control of the static dissipative properties. This material is used where static dissipation is required from surfaces to surface of the composite, in the x, y and z directions.

A paper-base laminate with low phenolic resin content for hard, flat surfaces. This material is most commonly used for drill entry material in the PCB industry.

EC-1106F-LD is a low viscosity, easily pourable, epoxy syntactic foam. It features low density, good electrical insulation, and low shrinkage during cure. It is useful for potting and encapsulating components and modules where added weight is undesired but resistance to mechanical and thermal shock are prime considerations. Typical Applications includes potting or encapsulating densely packaged power supplies, integrated circuits, small transformers, capacitors bushings etc.

A paper-base laminate with low phenolic resin content for hard, flat surfaces. This material is normally used in the printed circuit board industry as a backup for the drilling operation. However, it is also used in other industries for tooling stock because of its ease of machining and good dimensional stability.

422C is a 1-part, acrylic-silicone blend conformal coating that cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in only 10 minutes. It may be removed with appropriate strippers or soldered through for repair or rework. 422C is designed for applications where both high service temperature and flexibility are required. It puts minimum stress on components during thermal cycling, making it ideal for applications that involve a wide temperature range. It provides strong protection against moisture, corrosion, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

Black Epoxy, Encapsulating & Potting Compound 832B is a general purpose, rigid, 2-part black epoxy that provides extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. Due to its low mixed viscosity, 832B can easily penetrate small gaps and cavities. It also provides excellent electrical insulation and protects components from static discharge, vibration, abrasion, thermal shock, environmental humidity, salt water, fungus, and many harsh chemicals.

4223F-312G – Urethane Coating Spray 4223F-312G is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating spray. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F-312G is considered to be one of the best conformal coatings for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge. Silver Conductive Pen 842AR-P pen dispenses an acrylic lacquer pigmented with highly conductive silver flakes. The cured traces are durable and corrosion resistant. They adhere well to plastics and most electronic substrates. The traces are flexible, but the product works best on a smooth, flat, hard surface. The valve tip opens when pressed against the surface, and the flow is controlled by squeezing the barrel. This pen repairs damaged traces on keyboards, game controllers, remote controls, mixing boards, and PCBs. It also creates conductive traces for prototyping, hobbies, or maker projects. It is great for making small connections in or between circuits, such as jumpers, through-holes, bridges, and links. It can also be used to increase the surface area of contacts by painting the area around them. For applications where high conductivity is not required, the 838AR-P Carbon Conductive Pen and the 841AR-P Nickel Conductive Pen provide economical alternatives.

EMF Shielding Paint 841WB is a 1-part, water-based conductive paint, pigmented with highly conductive nickel flake. It is easy to use, with no let-down and no heat cure necessary. It can be applied by spray, brush or roller. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT and PVA. It also bonds well to drywall and can be painted over with common architectural paints. 841WB is designed to reduce EMI/RFI interferences in architectural, electric musical and electronics applications.

This product allows for quick, cold-soldering repairs. It can also be used as a solder replacement for bonding heat-sensitive electronic components, or for making conductive connections where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to glass, soft metals, or plastics. 8331 has been formulated to be economical. For a higher fill that maximizes conductivity, use 8330. For a longer working time, use 8331S.

8329TFS is a 2-part, heat-cure, thermally conductive epoxy adhesive with a 4-hour working time. It is a dark gray, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This thermally conductive adhesive is used to glue heatsinks to LED’s, CPU’s, and other heat generating components. This product cures slowly. For a faster cure version, use 8329TFF or 8349TFM.

8331S – Silver Conductive Epoxy Adhesive This electrically conductive paste is a 2-part heat-cured epoxy with a long working time. It is smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. This electrically conductive epoxy paste can be used as a solder replacement for bonding heat-sensitive electronic components, or for making conductive connections where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to glass, soft metals, or plastics. It provides excellent EMI/RFI shielding and is very effective in filling seams between metal plates. 8331S has been formulated to be economical. For a higher fill version that maximizes conductivity, use 8330S. For a shorter working time or room temperature cure, use 8331 or 8331D. For a 1-part alternative use 9410 or 9400. We also offer a full line of thermally conductive electrically insulating epoxy adhesives.

One-part Epoxy Potting Compound 9510 is a black, rigid, one-part epoxy potting compound. It is a heat cure epoxy that provides unlimited working time at room temperature and does not require frozen storage. Our 1-part epoxy resin provides exceptional chemical resistance against a wide variety of mild to harsh chemicals, including toluene, acetone and ethyl acetate. It also provides excellent electrical insulation and protects against static discharge, vibration, thermal shock, environmental humidity, salt water, fungus, and many harsh chemicals.

8329TFM is a thermally conductive two-part epoxy adhesive. It is dark gray, smooth, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. This product is used to bond heat sinks, LEDs, and other heat-generating components in electronic assemblies. It is suitable for use with dual-syringes, mix-tips, and automatic dispensing systems. For a faster working life, use 8329TFF. For a longer working life, use 8329TFS.

RTV162 adhesive sealants from Momentive Performance Materials are one-component, ready-to-use electronic grade silicone sealants. They cure to a tough, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. These electronic-grade silicone adhesive sealants differ somewhat in physical properties including consistency.
