ELASTOSIL® N10 Transparent is a solvent-free, neutral-cure, low-viscous, and non-thixotropic silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. It is a multipurpose grade for bonding, sealing, and potting, e.g. in electronic applications.

When exposed to air moisture, the product cures at room temperature to yield a permanently flexible silicone rubber with good mechanical and release properties. The silicone elastomer may continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 180°C (356°F) without damage.

LUMISIL® 903 A/B is a low-viscosity, addition-curing two-part silicone that, when mixed in a 1:1 ratio, cures to a flexible and highly transparent silicone rubber. This flowable silicone offers rapid heat curing, and upon vulcanization, it forms a highly transparent rubber material.

Once cured, ELASTOSIL® RT 628 A/B exhibits exceptional long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation. The silicone elastomer can withstand constant exposure to ever-changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 180°C (356°F) without sustaining damage.

UB-50 is a clear, two-part urethane resin system, which combines good handling characteristics with excellent cured properties. Its low viscosity allows good flowability and air release. The cured elastomer has excellent bond to metals, ceramics, and many plastics used in medical industry such as acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC etc. They also have excellent water resistance, and are exceptionally resistant to thermal shock. They can be used as an adhesive or for potting, casting and encapsulating applications.

EC-1006M-4 is a low viscosity, easily pourable, filled epoxy resin system featuring high thermal conductivity, good electrical insulation, and low shrinkage during cure. It is useful for potting and encapsulating components and modules where removal of heat and resistance to mechanical and thermal shock are prime considerations. Typical Applications includes potting or encapsulating densely packaged power supplies, integrated circuits, small transformers, capacitors bushings etc.

EPOXICAST-1006/EH-24 is a low viscosity, easily pourable, filled epoxy resin system featuring high thermal conductivity, good electrical insulation, and low shrinkage during cure. It is useful for potting and encapsulating components and modules where removal of heat and resistance to mechanical and thermal shock are prime considerations. The cured system provides excellent resistance to moisture, most organic solvents and inorganic chemicals.

127-31 is an extremely flexible one-component, syringe dispensable, 100% solids, thermally conductive, electrically insulating soft epoxy adhesive, encapsulant, and potting compound. This system features excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance and excellent high temperature properties. Unlike conventional thermally conductive epoxy adhesives, 127-31 features a low durometer and is highly flexible allowing it to absorb stress when bonding mismatched CTE substrates. 127-31 even displays some elastomeric properties. Black Flexible Epoxy, Encapsulating & Potting Compound 834FX is a 2-part, flame-retardant, thermally conductive, fexible epoxy resin that provides extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. This product is designed for applications where minimizing the physical stress on components is critical. It is good in low temperature and arctic environments, and in applications that involve temperature cycling or rapid temperature changes. It provides the functionality of silicone, but with the durability and cost-effectiveness of epoxy.

EC-1030FL is a 2 component, flexible, high temperature epoxy potting compound. EC-1030FL offers an open work time at room temperature and cures at elevated temperatures. EC-1030FL can withstand temperatures of over 175°C and stays flexible at very low temperatures.

Due to its low mixed viscosity, 832B can easily penetrate small gaps and cavities. 4223F-312G – Urethane Coating Spray 4223F-312G is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating spray. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F-312G is considered to be one of the best conformal coatings for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge. It is a cost-effective flexible potting option that provides exceptional physical protection and creates minimum stress on circuit boards and surface-mounted devices. It offers superior moisture resistance and is an ideal choice for harsh environments, especially saltwater exposure and marine applications.

UB-907FL is a two-component, industrial grade polyurethane adhesive system. Once cured, it forms a highly flexible bond line which provides peel and shear strength. It is deal for bonding a variety of metals, as well as plastics, glass, wood, and more. Can also be used for potting and encapsulating strain and heat sensitive electronic components.

102-32D is a flexible, electrically conductive, silicone-based ink and adhesive. The overall balance of peel strength, cohesion, lap shear strength and high temperature holding power provides a versatility that makes this product useful in a wide range of fastening and bonding applications. This product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. Some applications for 102-32D include, but are not limited to, emi/rfi shielding of polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, and electrical attachments for stress sensitive devices. 102-32D is one of the few conductive adhesives that can bond to silicone substrates and surfaces. RTK7556 is a reworkable, boron nitride-filled, tacky epoxy film adhesive. It is designed for bonding component and substrate to a mismatched substrate or carrier. This B-staged conductive adhesive offers excellent reworkabilty at 80-150°C. RTK7556 has high thermal conductivity and the low Tg adhesive imposes minimum thermal stress on bonded parts during thermal cycling or shock testing.

TP7155 is an aluminum oxide filled, medium bond strength thermoplastic film adhesive designed for bonding die, component, and substrate. It has good thermal conductivity. The dry, tack-free handling of the film makes it suitable for automated assembly. TP7155 is designed for bonding parts that may be operaung at 160 continuously. If excessive tensile stress is expected at temperature above 150°C, additional mechanical support may be considered.
