ELASTOSIL® E6 N CSC is a flowable one-part silicone rubber for potting or coating applications, and it is particularly suitable for the surface impregnation of porous natural materials. When exposed to air moisture, the product cures at room temperature to yield a permanently flexible silicone rubber with good mechanical and release properties. Fully vulcanized ELASTOSIL® E6 N CSC shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation. The silicone elastomer may continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 180°C without damage.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2205 is a pourable addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber suitable for coating, lamination, and encapsulation purposes. The product cures at room temperature and under heat to yield a soft elastomer. Cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2205 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The soft silicone elastomer can continuously endure changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 160°C (320°F) without damage.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P 12 is a pure white, soft-consistency heat sink paste with marked thermal conductivity. It is electrically insulating. WACKER® PASTE P 12 is used especially in semiconductor technology as a heat sink paste. When there is a need for good heat transfer from a semiconductor to a cooling element, applying a thin coating of WACKER® PASTE P 12 is advisable. In the assembly of semiconductors such as diodes, transistors, and thyristors, microscopic irregularities may exist on the mating surfaces of the semiconductor and the cooling surface. These surface irregularities can hinder firm metal-to-metal contact when assembled.

ELASTOSIL® RT 707 W is a flowable, one-part, heat-curing silicone used for potting and coating applications. The cured material demonstrates very good adhesion to many substrates and long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can continuously withstand constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C (446°F) without sustaining damage.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 3210 A/B is a pourable addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber specifically designed for coating, lamination, encapsulation, and molding applications. This product undergoes vulcanization at both room temperature and under heat, resulting in a transparent silicone rubber with excellent transmission properties and a moderate hardness. Cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 3210 A/B exhibits exceptional long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. ELASTOSIL® RT 772 is a flowable, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone used for potting and coating applications. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. ELASTOSIL® RT 722 RB A/B is a thixotropic, two-component silicone sealing adhesive that cures to an elastomer through thermal curing. It is specifically designed for various sealing applications. This product is well-suited for use as a sealing adhesive for electronic control units, as well as for FIPG (formed-in-place gasket) applications in plastic and metal housings. It can also be used as a dam material for dam-and-fill applications and for sealing and gasketing of housings.

EPOXICAST-1006/EH-24 is a low viscosity, easily pourable, filled epoxy resin system featuring high thermal conductivity, good electrical insulation, and low shrinkage during cure. It is useful for potting and encapsulating components and modules where removal of heat and resistance to mechanical and thermal shock are prime considerations. The cured system provides excellent resistance to moisture, most organic solvents and inorganic chemicals.

EC-1012MFR-HT is a pourable, self-extinguishing, filled epoxy resin system featuring high thermal conductivity, good electrical insulation, and low shrinkage during cure. It is useful for potting and encapsulating components and modules where removal of heat and resistance to mechanical and thermal shock are prime considerations.

EC-1006M-4 is a low viscosity, easily pourable, filled epoxy resin system featuring high thermal conductivity, good electrical insulation, and low shrinkage during cure. UC-2521 is a filled, two-part urethane resin system, which combines good handling characteristics with excellent cured properties. Its low viscosity allows good flowability and air release. The cured elastomer has excellent water resistance and is exceptionally resistant to thermal shock.

EC-1015 is a low viscosity pourable filled epoxy resin system featuring high thermal conductivity, good electrical insulation, and low shrinkage during cure. It is useful for potting and encapsulating densely packaged electrical applications.

127-31 is an extremely flexible one-component, syringe dispensable, 100% solids, thermally conductive, electrically insulating soft epoxy adhesive, encapsulant, and potting compound. This system features excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance and excellent high temperature properties. Unlike conventional thermally conductive epoxy adhesives, 127-31 features a low durometer and is highly flexible allowing it to absorb stress when bonding mismatched CTE substrates. 127-31 even displays some elastomeric properties. 832WC is a rigid, 2-part, clear epoxy resin that offers extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. It is designed for applications where high clarity is required. It does not yellow when exposed to UV light; it maintains clarity in applications with service temperatures of up to 65 °C and intermittent exposures of up to 100 °C. It can be used for underwater applications such as potting swimming pool lights. It is also a good choice for casting resin.

It also provides excellent electrical insulation and protects components from static discharges, vibration, abrasion, thermal shock, environmental humidity, salt water, fungus, and many harsh chemicals. This epoxy has a convenient 2:1 volume mix ratio, making it compatible with most dispensing equipment. 834B can be cured at room temperature or higher.
