Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 772 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can endure constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C (446°F) without damage.

It excels when the highest level of shielding is required. Also, its thin minimum layer height makes it suitable for board level applications.

4223F-312G – Urethane Coating Spray 4223F-312G is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating spray. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F-312G is considered to be one of the best conformal coatings for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge. 422B is a 1-part, acrylic-silicone blend conformal coating that cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in only 8 minutes. It puts minimum stress on components during thermal cycling, making it ideal for applications that involve a wide temperature range. 844WB is a one-part, clear, water-based ESD paint made from a high quality aliphatic polyester urethane latex. It adheres strongly to plastics, paints, metals, and many other surfaces. The cured coating is flexible, durable, and will not crack, chip or peel. This non flammable, low odor, low VOC coating is used in electronic assembly lines to protect against electrostatic charge build-up on tools, production conveyor and bumpers, assembly trays, workstation surfaces, and enclosures. 844WB can be applied by roller, brush, manual and selective spray equipment.

419C Acrylic Conformal Coating is an IPC-CC-830B and UL 94 V-0 certified, fast drying, xylene, and toluene free product. This one-part coating provides an excellent finish, is easy to use, and does not require special or costly equipment to apply. It is ideal for high moisture environments and applications requiring easy repair and rework. 419C coating protects electronic circuit against moisture, dirt, dust, and thermal shocks that could corrode, short circuit, or damage the electric component. It insulates against high-voltage arcing, shorts, and static discharges. As well, this coating provides a high dielectric withstand voltage that allows traces to be put closer together which helps with miniaturization.

RTV167 adhesive sealants from Momentive Performance Materials are one-component, ready-to-use electronic grade silicone sealants. They cure to a tough, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. These electronic-grade silicone adhesive sealants differ somewhat in physical properties including consistency.

Thermal Adhesive 8349TFM is a 2-part, flame retardant, thermally conductive epoxy adhesives. It is a dark gray, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This thermal adhesive is most often used to bond heatsinks to CPUs, LEDs and other electronics components. For a shorter working time, use 8329TFF. For a longer working time, use 8329TFS.

8329TFM is a thermally conductive two-part epoxy adhesive. It is dark gray, smooth, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. This product is used to bond heat sinks, LEDs, and other heat-generating components in electronic assemblies. It is suitable for use with dual-syringes, mix-tips, and automatic dispensing systems. For a faster working life, use 8329TFF. For a longer working life, use 8329TFS.
