SILRES® BS 30 is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. In its undiluted form, it provides water and stain repellency to mineral substrates while enhancing their appearance. SILRES® BS 30 is suitable for a wide variety of mineral substrates used in the tile industry, including tumbled marble, limestone, slate, and saltillo clay tile.

SILRES® BS 1803 is a solvent-free emulsion based on organo-modified silanes and siloxanes. It is specifically designed to act as a water-repellent admixture for semi-dry concrete and other non-load-bearing cement-based building materials, including paving stones and concrete blocks. CP-1007™ is a non-flammable, non-toxic, non-acid, penetrating silicate sealer that strengthens and internally waterproofs cementious materials. CP-1007 is water-based and environmentally friendly. Unlike membrane forming sealers which can be worn away in high traffic areas’, leaving unprotected concrete unsightly and susceptible to chemical attack, CP-1007 penetrates into the surface and cannot be scratched or peeled off. When applied to concrete or masonry, CP-1007 reacts with calcium hydroxide and reduces porosity and permeability of the concrete matrix. This serves to increase the hardness and chemical resistance which, in turn, increases the service life of the surface. In conditions where salt air and humidity attack the concrete, causing oxidation of the reinforcing steel, CP-1007 has proved to halt such corrosion activity. When the CP-1007 is applied to concrete exposed to such conditions, exfoliation or expulsion of the chlorides takes place. The CP-1007 reacts with free alkali in the concrete forming a silica hydrogel that fills the capillaries within the matrix. This hydrogel waterproofs and seals the surface after all materials harmful to the concrete are removed. This process could take up to thirty days or longer, depending on the chloride and acidic residual concentration within the capillaries.

BD54750 is a low viscosity polyamine epoxy product. The BD54750 is designed for metals and plastics bonding. This product is ideal for highway and bridge deck repairs, potting, casting, and encapsulation, floor systems, linings of tanks and pipes, and coatings. This product has good chemical, corrosion, and water resistance. It is especially formulated for a 1:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 4 hours with a full cure at room temperature within 48 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.

Super Shield™ Silver Conductive Paint 842AR is a conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with an extremely conductive silver flake. It is smooth, hard, and abrasion resistant. It can be easily applied by brush or spray. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT and PVA. It provides superior high frequency shielding. It also provides strong corrosion resistance, and is suitable for use in marine environments. 842AR is designed to provide a conductive coating for the interior of plastic electronic enclosures that suppresses EMI/RFI emissions. It excels when the highest level of shielding is required. Also, its thin minimum layer height makes it suitable for board level applications.

Super Shield™ Silver Coated Copper Epoxy Conductive Paint 843ER is a 2-part epoxy-based conductive paint, pigmented with highly conductive silvercoated copper flake. The cured paint is smooth and extremely hard. It is abrasion, scratch, and mar resistant. It adheres very strongly to plastics, including chemically resistant and low energy plastics, as well as metal, glass, ceramic and wood. 843ER is generally used to provide extremely durable EMI/RFI shielding for applications in harsh environments.

Super Shield™ Silver Epoxy Conductive Paint 842ER is a 2-part silver epoxy conductive paint. It is a smooth, flexible coating that provides excellent electrical conductivity at a low film thickness. It maintains flexibility at low temperatures, provides exceptional adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, and provides excellent environmental stability. 842ER is designed for large volume board-level or package-level EMI shielding applications. It can replace traditional metal lid, which reduces cost, board thickness, and mass.

9200 is a toughened, 2-part epoxy adhesive, designed to create long-lasting load-bearing joints. It creates tough vibration-resistant bonds and is especially useful for joining dissimilar materials that will experience thermal cycling stresses or harsh environmental conditions. This smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic adhesive is excellent for use on vertical surfaces, for gap filling, and for potting electronics enclosures with gaps where a non-thixotropic encapsulant would flow through. For a flame retardant version, use 9200FR.

Protective Industrial Polymers PIP 100 ESD HB is a high solids, three-component, high-build epoxy resin system designed to facilitate electrostatic control. PIP 100 ESD HB is supplied with a blended cycloaliphatic amine curing agent that exhibits good UV and chemical resistance. This product produces a durable gloss finish.

Abocoat 8501-1™ is a Coating with Exceptionally High Resistance To Acids, Alkalis, Solvents, Acetone, Alcohol, & Gasohol. High Solids 2-Component, Fast-Setting Epoxy System.

CHEM-POXY GROUT E999 is solvent-free 100% solids, moisture-insensitive three component, ultra-low creep, pumpable, high flow and non-shrink epoxy grout system. It is formulated to be highly flowable for clearances down to 13mm.

Protective Industrial Polymers PIP 2000 UR is a high-solids, high-gloss, three-part, aliphatic pigmented polyurethane coating. It can be applied over an epoxy primer or used to recoat an existing epoxy or urethane floor.

Kish Industries Hybluild Floor Coating is an epoxy-amine high build system with excellent hardness, good gloss, and good chemical, water, and impact resistance which has high gloss finish.

724 IM-KOTE™ FLOOR is a profoundly crosslinked thermosetting polymer concrete system that forms a dense hard impermeable surface upon curing that is resistant to a very wide range of aggressive chemicals.

Diamite NEC is a 100% solids, high performance novolac epoxy compound intended for use as a chemical-resistant and containment coating to protect concrete, brick or block walls and floors. Diamite NEC is resistant to most acids, caustics, solvents and other harsh chemicals. Diamite NEC is applied to walls and floors of spill, splash and chemical leakage containment areas.

AquaGrip® 2600 Grout is used as a concrete patching and resurfacing compound in preparation for the concrete to receive a topcoat.

Onyx Concrete Coatings Polyurethane WB Matte is a two-component, low-VOC premium aliphatic water-based polyurethane. This latest generation polyurethane system provides excellent UV resistance with a matte finish and no solvent odor. Chemtek Products CF-350 is a two component solids colored epoxy coating for where a high build epoxy coating and a high impact & chemical resistant floors is needed. Cf-350 has zero voc's and its compressive strength is 10,000 psi.

Abocoat 8006-3 provides heavy-duty protection on concrete, wood, and metal surfaces, preventing corrosion and wear. High gloss. Great versatility, superior adhesion, flexibility, hardness, and water, salt and chemical resistance. Inhibits rust. It is frequently specified for laboratories, commercial kitchens, hospitals, and industrial flooring. Add sand or ColorGrit™ to add slip-resistance.

MasterProtect® 170CR is a high-build, 100% solids epoxy coating. It provides resistance to harsh chemicals, including 98% sulfuric acid, and can be used as a topcoat over epoxy and polyurethane coatings.

PERMATEC 3000 XCT is a 100% solids epoxy floor topping designed for cold temperature applications commonly found in food and beverage processing facilities. The PERMA TEC 3000 XCT system consists of a two component resin binder and graded aggregate. It is applied with a trowel or screed rake at 1/8 -1/4 inches (125 - 250 mils) in a one coat application including a silica broadcast. There is no need for a primer or sealer coat. An optional glaze coat may be used to improve the appearance and cleanability. The vertical formulation of PERMA TEC 3000 XCT is trowel applied at 1/8 inches (125 mils).

CHEM-FLOOR 45 is a two component, 100% solids, high modulus, glossy, heavy-duty, epoxy floor coating system. CHEM- FLOOR 45 exhibits excellent chemical resistant to various chemical reagents.

PERMACOAT 5000 is a 100% solids epoxy novolac floor coating. PERMACOAT 5000 can be used as a glaze coat for the PERMATEC floors, or as a two-coat flooring or containment system (30 - 80 mils). When applied as a two-coat floor or containment system, a silica broadcast is used between coats. PERMACOAT 5000 consists of two components, resin and hardener, in both the horizontal and vertical formulations. Its application is accomplished with rubber squeegees and short nap paint rollers.

PRECIDIUM™ LS1150D RFS is a VOC-free two-component coating used on its own or as part of our PRECIDIUM™ LS1150D RFS, developed to provide an attractive, durable, chemically-resistant floor coating. Ideal substrates are properly prepared concrete, wood, steel, or other compatible polyurea coatings.

Resicote WB is a water based epoxy resin floor coating. It is used generally as a hard, durable, abrasion resistance floor seal and coating particularly in areas where a high chemical resistance is required. It is supplied in a full range of colors and with a gloss finish. Resicote WB is a 2 component system applied in 2 or 3 coats to a prepared concrete substrate.

Armorcoat 969 Secondary Containment Coating Epoxy Floor Topping is a 100% epoxy, chemical and wear resistant topping for concrete, wood and steel. Armorcoat 969 is a two-part liquid system to which sand or inert granules are added. The surface texture depends on the type and amount of the granules used. Thickness of the AC 969 is approximately 1/8″ to 1/4″. Pennsealer EE-CT is a single component, waterbased, cationic, coal tar epoxy sealer / coating. Specially designed urethane modified epoxy polyelectrolyte emulsion offers unique interactive technology to this compound, which upon cure, produces a tough, durable and protective coating to the treated surface.

Res-Tek EPO-Guard™ EPO-200 Primer waterborne epoxy primer is an advanced hybrid polymer coating, incorporating state-of-the-art waterborne technology. This product exhibits superior corrosion, chemical, and abrasion resistance without the drawbacks associated with solvent reduced epoxies. Through the use of EPO-200, the combination of high performance and low hazard application can be achieved.

ChemMasters’ Traz 25-A is a high solids, Low Volatile Organic Compound (V.O.C.) high performance concrete sealing compound for decorative concrete such as stamped and exposed aggregate. Traz 25-A is formulated with methyl methacrylate polymers that develop high gloss and are more chemically resistant than standard acrylic sealers. Traz 25- A’s film will not yellow under any UV conditions and is extremely durable.

MICOROX® 145 SEALER is a 100% solids epoxy novalac coating designed for application in extremely corrosive environments. 145 may be used as either a topcoat for trowel or slurry floors or as a stand-alone coating. When used as a topcoat, 145 SEALER improves the chemical and abrasion resistance of MICOROX® FLOORING SYSTEMS while improving cleanability. As a coating for old or new concrete it offers outstanding protection from a wide variety of industrial chemicals including concentrated Sulfuric Acid.
