Turbo Fuse 16 HS green wicking grade threadlocker is a fast curing, Green, medium strength, wicking grade, anaerobic thread-locking compound for bonding and sealing threads, and pre-assembled parts. This threadlocker is highly resistant to heat, vibrations, water, gasses, oils, hydrocarbons and many chemicals.

BD54750 is a low viscosity polyamine epoxy product. The BD54750 is designed for metals and plastics bonding. This product is ideal for highway and bridge deck repairs, potting, casting, and encapsulation, floor systems, linings of tanks and pipes, and coatings. This product has good chemical, corrosion, and water resistance. It is especially formulated for a 1:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 4 hours with a full cure at room temperature within 48 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.

Turbo Seal Series 65 Purple is a high performance anaerobic thread sealant designed for the locking and sealing of metal threaded pipes and fittings. The product cures quickly in the absence of air between close fitting surfaces and provides pressure resistance immediately after application. It is ideal to seal against gasses, water, LPG, hydrocarbons, oils and other chemicals. Excellent thixotropic property prevents migration of the sealant before and during curing.

2000 Series Coatings are applied in a single coat over one of our water-based primers, acceptable primers or sound, clean, top-coats in a thin film application of 2-4 mils dry film thickness depending on the specific product in the series. Any surface coated will be slippery and therefore these products are not suitable for foot traffic areas such as floors, stairs, steps, ladders, railings and platforms.

Black Swan® Silicone Grease is a 90% pure silicone grease-like product. Composed of inert amorphous silica fillers and selected silicone fluids. Contains no petroleum additives. Formulated for many plumbing applications including making hard turning faucets work smoothly, and lubricating stems of faucets, valves, ballcocks, etc. Silicone Grease should be used where regular lithium based greases can’t. Silicone Grease works at higher temperatures (up to 450° F), can be used on rubber or synthetic O-rings and is more resistant to a wider range of chemicals.

Poly Lining Systems PLS 477PW is an epoxy coating which has been specifically formulated for use in tanks, vessels and other equipment contacting potable water. PLS 447 PW is intended to be applied to steel substrates which have been cleaned to meet the specification NACE No.2/SSPC-SP10 Near White Metal Blast. PLS 447PW is a 100% solids formulation featuring good application characteristics.

TMC 704 diffusion pump fluid is a single component, tetramethyl tetraphenyl trisiloxane, clear fluid that is chemically equivalent to Dow Corning® DC-704. KEY #540 is a 100% solid epoxy coating for use as an industrial coating and chemical resistant liner for interiors of wastewater treatment tanks, structures, lift stations, pipes, manholes and secondary containment of dilute, acids and alkalis. KEY #540 protects concrete and steel from chemicals and wastewater in immersion, splash and spillage conditions. KEY #540 is specifically designed for lining manholes, large diameter sewer pipe, lift stations and other structure.
