BaseCase Multifunctional B has good mechanical properties and improves adhesion. It functions as a crosslinking agent, surface modifier, water repellent, and intermediate and is commonly used in chemical production.

CASE Ingredients Binder & Resin B is a styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion designed for use in flexible fillers, caulks, sealant applications and architectural coatings. It enhances the workability and technical performance of many products. It meets all environmental demands, such as low VOC, APEO-free and formaldehyde-free with no compromise on quality and performance.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C and improved flow. Its features include excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings as well as aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

  ULTEM™ Resin AUR200G0 is an unreinforced ULTEM recycle based grade. DiTech Binder & Resin A is a high viscosity polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers and formaldehyde donors. The residual monomer content is below 1000ppm. The dispersion is characterized by a high bonding strength due to its high Mw PVOH content.

HDK® N20 is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. This white colloidal powder offers high purity and serves multiple purposes. One of the primary applications of HDK® N20 is as a thickening and thixotropic agent in organic systems such as unsaturated polyesters, coatings, printing inks, adhesives, and cosmetics. Additionally, it functions as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone elastomers.
