The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9334 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a UV stabilized, medium flow opaque material suitable for injection molding (IM) and sheet extrusion applications. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40°C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOTUF™ RBX7245 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin. Added features of this grade include: Non-Brominated & Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant with excellent V-0 rating at 0.6mm, Post-Consumer Recycling (PCR) Polycarbonate content up to 50%.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOTUF™ VF1001S compound is based on Super Tough Nylon resin containing 5% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Heat Stabilized, Impact Modified.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9034 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin with excellent low temperature ductility, robust flame retardancy (V0/5VA), good processability and electrical tracking resistance. It is UV stabilized with F1 rating and is a good candidate for applications like photovoltaic connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ EC006PXQ compound is based on Polyetherimide (PEI) resin containing 30% carbon fiber. Added features of this grade include: Electrically Conductive, Exceptional Processing, FAR25.853 Compliant.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP THERMOCOMP RF0057E compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 25% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Non-Brominated & Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant. SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX2244ME is a polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC/ABS) blend that is injection moldable, high flow, and non-chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0 at 0.75 mm and a 5VB at 1.5 mm flame rating. This grade offers improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good choice for thin-wall applications and hospital/medical equipment.

LNP THERMOCOMP RF0049S compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 20% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Flame Retardant, Heat Stabilized.
