It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. The residual monomer content is below 1000 ppm. The dispersion is characterized by high bonding strength combined with increased flexural strength and good compatibility with inorganic fillers like CaCO3.

VINNAPAS® 538 ED is a surfactant-stabilized polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, formaldehyde donors, or alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. VINNAPAS® 538 ED is a medium-viscosity product that exhibits high compatibility with cement, and its influence on cement setting is marginal.

VINNAPAS® 540 ED (ULS) is a medium-viscosity polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® 540 ED (ULS) is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. The dispersion is characterized by high bonding strength due to its high Mw PVOH content.
