ProFlex CP is para-toluene sulfonic acid employed as a catalyst in various chemical processes. Its applications extend to serving as a pH regulator in electroplating processes. Naxcat® TSA-65W is 65% active toluenesulfonic acid (TSA) diluted in water. This acid is formulated for easier handling, due to its lower viscosity compared to more concentrated TSA. It is the strongest of Nease Co., LLC's organic acids and can be used for a variety of industrial applications.

Naxcat® TSA-95 is the strongest of our organic acids and is the most suitable esterification catalyst for the production of phthalates and other plasticizers. Aromatic sulfonic acids are created by sulfonating aromatic compounds with sulfuric acid, SO3, or oleum. They are similar in strength to mineral acids like sulfuric acid, but they are particularly useful for organic reactions where an inorganic, mineral acid may cause charring, oxidation, or an unwanted chemical reaction.

Naxcat® XSA-90 is a strong, concentrated organic acid that is completely liquid. For ease of handling as compared with TSA-95. Naxcat® XSA-90 will not crystallize at low temperatures, offering acid strength and fluidity. It is comparable in strength to mineral acids such as sulfuric acid, but is especially suitable for organic reactions where an inorganic, mineral acid could cause charring, oxidation, or an unwanted chemical reaction.

Naxcat® P65D is a light-colored product, 65% active in water. It is the mildest of our acid products and is particularly useful in electroplating applications where color is important. It offers an advantage in such applications due to its light color.

Libratex NSA is a slightly viscous brown liquid formulation composed of dodecylbenzene sulphonic acid (Narrow cut). This versatile product, along with its various neutralized forms, plays a crucial role as a foaming agent, wetting agent, and emulsifier. It finds widespread use in detergents and emulsion polymerization processes, contributing to the production of various products across industries.

Oleum Sulfonated Synthetic Sodium Sulfonates Synsul™ 415, 450, and 500 are oil soluble, oleum sulfonated synthetic sodium sulfonates. Synsul™ 415 and 450 have good affinity for water making them excellent components in emulsifier packages. Synsul™ 500 displaces water, making it a good rust and corrosion inhibitor component.

NSP Naturals™ 450, 500, and 550 are oil soluble “natural” sodium sulfonates derived from the sulfonation of specific solvent neutral base oils. These products do not contain any aromatic polynuclear hydrocarbons, carboxylates, asphaltenes or chlorinated derivatives. All NSP Naturals™ products offer the formulator excellent solubility, emulsification, and anti-corrosive characteristics due to the broad molecular weight distribution of these products.

Branched Sodium Sulfonate Synsul™ 455BR is a unique medium molecular weight sodium sulfonate derived from a branched alkylate. This product is easily formulated into soluble oil bases, semi-synthetic fluids and other metalworking compounds as an emulsifier and rust inhibitor. The branched structure aids in inherent bio-stability. Therefore, fluids derived from Synsul™ 455BR may exhibit longer fluid life than those formulated with either linear or natural sodium sulfonates.

Synthetic Sodium Sulfonate Synsul™ 445N is a medium molecular weight sodium sulfonate derived from a specialty alkylate to ensure consistent performance quality. This product is easily formulated into soluble oil bases, semi-synthetic fluids and other metalworking compounds as an emulsifier and rust inhibitor.

Synthetic Sodium Sulfonates Synsul™ NA is a series of synthetic sodium sulfonates of various molecular weights. These products are carefully and selectively manufactured to ensure consistent quality with little variation from batch to batch. The lower molecular weight products, Synsul™ NA 420 and Synsul™ NA 450, have good affinity for water making them excellent components in emulsifier packages. The higher molecular weight products, Synsul™ NA 480, and Synsul™ NA 535, have less affinity for water thereby imparting rust and corrosion inhibiting characteristics. The advantages of these products include lower viscosity for ease of handling, lighter color, and greater batch-to-batch consistency.

PCC Chemax ABSNa 30 (Sodium Dodecylobenzene Sulfonate) is 30% sodium alkylbenzenesulphonic acid salt and belongs to the group of anionic surfactants. This product is in the form of a clear or turbid liquid of low color. In comparison with a similar product - ABSNa 30 - the product maintains a liquid form with low viscosity at room temperature, which significantly facilitates its dosing, pumping and has a positive effect on product stability also in winter.

Counter Rust 7020 is a sodium sulfonate based emulsifiable rust preventive containing some barium sulfonate.

Counter Rust 855 is a cost effective, thin-film, water displacing rust preventive based on barium sulfonate. Counter Rust 855 provides excellent protection against salt and humid atmospheres when formulated in petroleum solvent and/or oil solutions.

Counter Rust 7021 is a barium free, sodium sulfonate based emulsifiable rust preventive containing. It contains no SARA Title III, Section 313 components

VANIOL HDL-100 is high performance synthetic dispersant .It is more applicable as dye dispersant than lignin dispersant, because of its stronger dispersing performance and the light colors.

Rodys O is the sodium salt of naphthalenesulfonic acid polycondensates with formaldehyde, offered as a 40% aqueous solution. The technology of Rodys O production allows to obtain a product containing trace amounts of free formaldehyde and naphthalene. As a result, it neither has an environmental classification, nor does it affect the content of free aromatic hydrocarbons in the products for which it is used. Among the Rodys product series, Rodys O has a high degree of polymerization.
