ProFlex CP is para-toluene sulfonic acid employed as a catalyst in various chemical processes. Its applications extend to serving as a pH regulator in electroplating processes. Notably, ProFlex CP, when combined with nitric acids, finds utility in a process known as 'bright dip.' This process imparts a shiny surface to metals such as copper, silver, gold, chrome, and nickel during electroplating. Naxcat® TSA-65W is 65% active toluenesulfonic acid (TSA) diluted in water. This acid is formulated for easier handling, due to its lower viscosity compared to more concentrated TSA. It is the strongest of Nease Co., LLC's organic acids and can be used for a variety of industrial applications.

Naxcat® TSA-95 is the strongest of our organic acids and is the most suitable esterification catalyst for the production of phthalates and other plasticizers. Aromatic sulfonic acids are created by sulfonating aromatic compounds with sulfuric acid, SO3, or oleum. They are similar in strength to mineral acids like sulfuric acid, but they are particularly useful for organic reactions where an inorganic, mineral acid may cause charring, oxidation, or an unwanted chemical reaction.

Naxcat® XSA-90 is a strong, concentrated organic acid that is completely liquid. For ease of handling as compared with TSA-95. Naxcat® XSA-90 will not crystallize at low temperatures, offering acid strength and fluidity. It is comparable in strength to mineral acids such as sulfuric acid, but is especially suitable for organic reactions where an inorganic, mineral acid could cause charring, oxidation, or an unwanted chemical reaction.

Naxcat® P65D is a light-colored product, 65% active in water. It is the mildest of our acid products and is particularly useful in electroplating applications where color is important. It offers an advantage in such applications due to its light color.
