STEPAN® MWA-160 is a powder sodium lauryl sulfate product for use in metalworking applications. It is used in the emulsification of components and can enable improved performance in metal cleaning. It can also be used to efficiently remove oil from metal surfaces.

STEPAN® MWA-310 is a phosphate ester and can be used as an emulsifier and extreme pressure agent in synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids. It can be used as a component of lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers. It is soluble in water and slightly soluble in oil, yielding very low surface tension and cmc values. It can improve corrosion inhibition and also provide protection for aluminum.

STEPAN® MWA-501 is a methyl ester that can be used as either a solvent or a cosolvent in metalworking, die casting, and metal forming processes. It provides excellent film-forming properties and lubricity in straight oil, semi-synthetic, and full synthetic metalworking fluids. It is a non-staining product and has shown excellent results in metal-forming fluids as well as metal removal operations.

STEPAN® MWA-180 is an anionic surfactant used in the emulsification of components and can enable improved performance in metal cleaning in metalworking applications. This ammonium laureth sulfate can be used to efficiently remove oil residue from metal surfaces. It is kosher-certified.

STEPAN® MWA-395 is a phosphate ester and can be used as an emulsifier and extreme pressure agent in synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids. It can be used as a component of lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers. It is soluble in water and slightly soluble in oil, yielding very low surface tension and cmc values.

ZELEC® A130 can be used as a wetting agent in the paint and coating industries. In this application, it could also contribute to the improvement of corrosion resistance, gloss, color acceptance, wet scrub resistance, and the hiding power of the film. It can also be used as an antistatic agent in textile and leather finishing and processing and in rubber, plastic, and composite processing. It can also act as an emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor in metalworking fluid, printing pressrooms, and oil fields. It can also be used as a demolding agent in a construction area and in rubber, plastic, or composite processing. It also has lubrication properties for metalworking fluids and textile and leather finishing and processing, including extreme-pressure and anti-wear properties.

STEPAN® MWA-110 is a sulfonate that is used in metalworking applications. STEPAN® MWA-110 is used in the emulsification of components in metalworking formulations. It can act as a coupling agent for several components in soluble oils, semi-synthetic fluids, and synthetic fluids.

STEPAN® MWA-390 is an alcohol phosphate, functioning as a low-foaming emulsifier. Its application extends to synthetic and semi-synthetic lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers. It falls within the category of surfactants and has a presence in the industrial products market.

STEPAN® MWA-450 is a dea amide used as an emulsifier in soluble oils and synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids. It can be used as a component of lubricants, gear and chain oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic fluids, and plasticizers. It can also help tighten emulsions, improve rust prevention, and provide lubricity. It should be considered a component for soluble oils where sodium sulfonates are not used.

REWOCOROS® AL 200 is a lauryl polyglycol ether-based phosphoric acid ester. It serves as a multifunctional corrosion inhibitor for water-miscible lubricants, suitable for aluminum alloys and ferrous metals depending on the type of neutralization agent used. When combined with alkali and ammonium salts, it can also function as an extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear (AW) additive, and lubricity improver for water-miscible lubricants, such as metalworking fluids.

T-Mulz® 565-2 is a blended anionic surfactant designed primarily for making emulsifier systems for agricultural, latex, and industrial formulations. It provides coupling ability, emulsification power, and rapid wetting to the formulation. As supplied, it is a free acid and will react readily with basic compounds.

T-Mulz® 598 is a blended anionic surfactant used in the production of emulsifier systems for agricultural and industrial applications. This product improves wetting and has good compatibility and emulsifying properties. It is a clear to yellow liquid that is compatible with both anionic and nonionic surfactants.

T-Mulz® 1227 is an alcohol-based phosphate ester designed for use as a hydrotrope that provides detergency, coupling, and improved salt tolerance in alkaline cleaners, yarn lubricants, and concentrated electrolyte solutions. This product is especially effective in removing heavier soils. It has a very fast Draves wetting time, which can enhance the wetting performance of the finished formulation.

T-Mulz® 800 is an alcohol ethoxylate-based phosphate ester designed for use in alkaline cleaners, yarn lubricants, and concentrated electrolyte solutions. This product is compatible with anionic and nonionic surfactants. It provides improved salt tolerance, functions as a hydrotrope, and gives excellent detergency, wetting, and coupling.

T-Mulz® D6PE is a phosphate ester designed for use in alkaline formulations and hard surface cleaners. It may also be used in concentrated electrolyte solutions to improve salt tolerance. This product functions as a hydrotrope and is capable of coupling silicates, phosphates, and carbonates into alkaline mixtures. The added benefits of this product are that it provides detergency and improved wetting power to the formulation.

T-Mulz® 734-2 is a blended anionic surfactant designed primarily for making emulsifier systems for agricultural and industrial formulations. This product is an excellent emulsifier for a wide range of solvents. It is particularly good as a solvent emulsifier when hard water is the main problem.

Effective against bacteria, yeasts, and mold, it features a broad, balanced spectrum, including sulfate-reducing bacteria, with good immediate effects. grotan® OX contains no nitrate, nitrosing agents, or organically bound chlorine, ensuring no impact on the AOX value. It is used in preserving products during storage, liquid-cooling and processing systems, slimicides, and working or cutting fluid preservatives.

ASCOTRAN® RCX is a water-based, ultra high-performance corrosion inhibitor concentrate designed for preparing high-quality engine coolant/antifreeze concentrates by adding monoethylene glycol (MEG) or propylene glycol (MPG).

DeTERIC ODP - LF is a low-foaming sodium octyliminodipropionate primarily utilized for demulsification in water-based systems. Additionally, it demonstrates excellent hydrotroping properties in highly alkaline or acidic formulations.

ESTILUBE™ L400 is an ester oil based on natural, saturated fatty acids. This has a high flash point, a low evaporation rate, good lubricating properties, and very good oxidation stability. This shows excellent performance in minimal lubrication fluids, and it is miscicble with mineral oils and esters.

ESTIMOL® CE 960NN is a polymer ester based on natural and synthetic carboxylic acids. It provides excellent lubricating and emulsifying properties in metalworking fluids. The acid value of ESTIMOL® CE 960NN is generally neutralized by alkaline components in water-dilutable metal working fluids. Typical neutralizing agents are alkanol amines, primary and tertiary amines, potassium hydroxide, or other inorganic bases. The neutralized ester contributes to the corrosion protection properties of the fluid and also improves the emulsion stability.

ESTILUBE™ L320 is an ester oil based on natural saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. It has a high flash point, a low evaporation rate, and good lubricating properties. It's applications are that it is recommended to use as metal working lubricants and release agents. 

ESTILUBE™ L360 S is an ester oil based on vegetable fatty acids. It is applied as a base oil in water- and non-water-miscible metal working fluids, mold release agents, and other industrial fluids where good lubricity is required. This can replace mineral oil in many industrial lubricant formulations. This can be mixed with ESTILUBE L300, ESTILUBE PTO, and ESTILUBE P1600 in order to adjust the viscosity of non-water miscible formulations. ESTILUBE™ L360 S is formulated with emulsifiers such as ESTISURF 600 and sodium sulphonates for the development of water-miscible formulations.

ESTILUBE™ L360 is an ester oil based on natural fatty acids. It is recommended for use as a base oil in water- and non-water-miscible metal working fluids, mold release agents, and other industrial fluids where good lubricity is required. It is often used as a replacement for mineral oil in industrial lubricant formulations. It can be combined with ESTILUBE L300, ESTILUBE PTO, and ESTILUBE P1600 in order to adjust the viscosity of non-water miscible formulations. ESTILUBE™ L360 can be combined with ESTISURF 600, ESTISURF CF20, ESTIMOL EMPA1, ESTIMOL EMPA 5, and ESTIMOL EMPA 10 for the development of water miscible formulations.

ESTILUBE™ L290 is an ester oil based on C16-C18 natural fatty acids. It can be used as a carrier fluid and lubricant additive in water-miscible and other types of industrial lubricants. It can also be combined with ESTILUBE L210 and ESTILUBE L300 in case we need low-temperature fluidity.

ESTILUBE™ P688 is an ester oil based on natural, saturated fatty acids and a polyol with a neopentyl structure. This has a very high flash point, a low evaporation rate, and good lubricating properties. It forms no carbon residues, even at very high temperatures. It is recommended for use in high-temperature lubricants such as greases and chain lubricants. This is based on saturated fatty acids and has very good oxidation stability. It is miscible with mineral oil, PAO, esters, and polyglycols.

ESTILUBE™ P1600 N is an ester oil based on natural fatty acids and polyols. It has a high flash point, a low evaporation rate, and outstanding lubricating and adhesion properties. It is recommended to use it as a lubricative additive in metal-forming lubricants. Also, it can be applied as a viscosity modifier, and it is very effective in even low concentrations.

ESTILUBE™ L210 is an ester oil based on natural fatty acids and a polyol with a neopentyl structure. It has excellent lubricating properties in metal-working fluids. It is recommended for use as a lubricity additive in neat oils or in water-dilutable metal working fluids. Typical applications are in cutting fluids, thread cutting lubricants, products for deep-drawing, and other metal-forming lubricants. ESTILUBE™ L210 is miscible with mineral oil, PAO, esters, and polyglycols.

ESTILUBE™ PTO is based on long-chain unsaturated pentaerythritol and selected mono and di-carboxylic acid and are available in varying viscosity ranges. Again, ‘narrow cut’ fatty acid are selected to obtain a superior product quality. ESTILUBE™ PTO has high-load-carrying properties.
