ESTILUBE™ L210

ESTILUBE™ L210 is an ester oil based on natural fatty acids and a polyol with a neopentyl structure. It has excellent lubricating properties in metal-working fluids. It is recommended for use as a lubricity additive in neat oils or in water-dilutable metal working fluids. Typical applications are in cutting fluids, thread cutting lubricants, products for deep-drawing, and other metal-forming lubricants. ESTILUBE™ L210 is miscible with mineral oil, PAO, esters, and polyglycols.

  • ESTILUBE L210 is recommended for use in penetration oils, stamping lubricants, metal forming lubricants, release agents and other industrial functional fluids. In many applications ESTILUBE L210 can replace methyl esters of fatty acids making the formulated fluid less aggressive to rubbers and surface coatings.
  • ESTILUBE L210 is based on saturated fatty acids and has very good oxidation stability.
  • ESTILUBE L210 is miscible with mineral oil, PAO, isoparaffins, triglycerides and fatty acid esters.
