Polyform Veil Mat PVM/600/V40/120 is a stitch-bonded reinforcement textile consisting of polyester spunlace nonwoven stitched to a layer of chopped strand glass fiber.

AeroWindTech AWTNPP 589 is designed for vacuum bag lay-up composites, metal-to-metal bonding structures, and resin infusion layup processes. This Heat Set and scoured finish material is a 100% Nylon 6, 6 fiber and melts at approximately 480°F (249°C). This product is not recommended for phenolic systems. The fabric leaves a rough surface impression for priming and secondary bonding and is available in precision slit widths. This product is available in standard white Heat set finish -N or the -SRG Crosslinked polymer for superb release.

POLYCOR® ISO NPG PA WHITE 9199 - A pre-accelerated gel coat based on Isophthalic Neopentylglycol unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This high performance gel coat is formulated for use in sanitary and marine applications or GRP application where resistance to water and blistering are needed.

ArmorFlex® 99F gel coats are advanced technology polyesters that have been formulated for the fiberglass industry. ArmorFlex® 99F gel coats have lower volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) than standard gel coats.

Armorflex® 953 SP is flexible NPG with added crack resistance and excellent UV properties. Good resistance to water and osmotic blistering. Low back side tack and easy to spray. Main applications areas are building and construction, home and domestic applications etc.

Our vinyl ester laminating resin was formulated with an epoxy vinyl ester polymer This gives it very good physical properties and a high resistance to corrosion and penetration of water. This resin is recommended for the manufacture of FRP structures of small to large size with high production rates at room temperature. It is formulated to cure at room temperature with methyl ethyl ketone peroxide.

Polynt Group 25 series gelcoats are formulated from premium polyester resins and fire retardant additives to achieve optimal fire retardancy properties and low slow smoke development. They are suitable for applications requiring a surface with resistance to flame spread and smoke development.

Polycryl B-501 Black is a vinyl ester tooling gel coat, acrylic modified formulation. These gel coats are formulated specifically to meet the stringent specifications of the Marine and Transportation markets. Polycryl gel coats are formulated for spray with standard pressure pot equipment or air assisted airless equipment. Please refer to the “Polycryl Tooling Gel Coat Application Guide” before applying these products. Unacceptable results can occur when used improperly.

SURFITEX™ E 35 NL is a synthetic veil, designed to generate a high-quality surface during production of FRP components, including pipes, tanks, façade panels and wind blades. Surfitex™ is manufactured from 100 % polyester fibers, which are hydro-entangled with highpressure jets of water, with no chemicals added, which means there is no risk of chemical contamination of the resin. This material is highly suitable for pultrusion, filament winding, RTM, vacuum infusion and hand lay-up processes.

RESOLCOAT 7060(S) COULEUR is an tintable epoxy gelcoat (RAL color chart). The RESOLCOAT 7060(S) COLOR / 7064 & 7067 epoxy system is a tinted gelcoat formulated for the production of molds & composite parts. It is available in WHITE & BLACK Nevertheless, a post-cure will make it possible to obtain optimal thermomechanical properties. The 7060S COLOR version is an accelerated version which offers greater responsiveness and reduced working time. Two hardeners are available: a slow (7064) & a fast (7067) depending on the desired reactivity. in standard. It is also possible to choose the desired RAL color by combining 7060 BASE with our PIG RAL xxxx epoxy pigment pastes. The gelcoat hardens at room temperature and can be unmolded without post-curing.

Polynt Group 54X series gelcoat are formulated with a particular mix of polyester resins, for use in applications where sun exposure and weather conditions are a factor. They are suitable for boats, truck cabs, water slides and environments with humidity and direct sun exposure. This unique formulation is easier and quicker gloss recovery with less buffing time to achieve gloss.

Sogel Clear Gel coats have been formulated from ISO / NPG resin to provide a clear finish with very good long-term abrasion and stain resistance. These gel coats have very good application properties and surface finish.

Shelf life of Sika GC2 070 Resin is 12 months in a dry place and in their original unopened containers at a temperature between 15 and 25°C.

NM Gelcoat 230 is a white solvent free epoxy system designed for surface coats on molds.

Lavecoat FT Represents an evolution in the flame retardant gelcoat range since thanks to its intumescent properties it provides high fire protection combined with a very low smoke emission. HiMax™ 3gsm DPA (Dot Pattern Adhesive) products are designed to help composite manufacturers maintain the desired position of the reinforcement prior to resin introduction, particularly in closed mold processes such as vacuum infusion and resin transfer molding. HiMax™ DPA was developed to provide the optimal level of tack while keeping additional weight to a minimum. The novel application process allows just 3 grams per m2 of adhesive to be applied to the specified fabric. Using DPA in conjunction with HiMax™ fabrics allows the user to easily position and re-position the individual layers of their laminate stack before resin is introduced. Conformance to tight radii and complex mold geometry is also aided by DPA.

Nord Composites GP 897 is a polyester gel coat formulated with Isophthalic resin. Pre-accelerated and thixotropic gel coat. High covering power. No porosity.

Our General Purpose DCPD Laminating Resin has been developed from a special ORTHO/DCPD resin This, in combination with high quality additives, allow optimal performance for the manufacture of open-mold glass fiber reinforced parts with highly esthetique finish. Given their low volume shrinkage, they exhibit minimal glass print. They present excellent application and wet-out properties and have an excellent follow-through cure.

Sogel Aquaguard Gel coats are developed from a proprietary ISO/NPG resin with high quality pigments and special additives. These gel coats provide excellent resistance to chlorine, blush/blister resistance, weathering resistance, and gloss retention. They have very good flexibility and crack resistance at demold.
