Crestafire® P1-3001E is a filled, fire retardant unsaturated polyester resin. It incorporates a special grade of alumina trihydrate (ATH), which makes it suitable to produce laminates where excellent resin flow, fire retardancy, and low levels of smoke and toxic fumes are required. Crestafire® P1-3001E is extra stabilized for transport, storage, and use in high-temperature climates. It is halogen free and does not contain heavy metals.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 196E is a non-accelerated, non-thixotropic, orthophthalic polyester resin for use in hot climates. It has Lloyd's approval and can be used in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications. This product is particularly suitable for filament winding and pultrusion processes.

Crystic® Pipe Relining Resin 4044TV01 is a thixotropic, non-accelerated ISO/NPG unsaturated polyester resin with a low exotherm. It is specially designed for the pipe-relining market, with good chemical resistance and mechanical properties. This resin is suitable for polyester felt or glass fiber reinforcement.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.8500PA is a low-styrene emission, pre-accelerated, orthophthalic polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It is a general-purpose resin that is suitable for non-critical and industrial applications such as liners, pipes, and tanks. This product has a 17-minute gel time.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 491PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, isophthalic polyester resin with good water and chemical resistance properties. It is versatile and suitable for performance boat hulls destined for use in warm or tropical areas. This product is also suitable for the manufacture of chemical plants, tanks, pipes, and chemical containers. It has a 12-minute gel time.

Crystic® Fire Retardant Resin 5046PA is a filled, orthophthalic, pre-accelerated, unsaturated polyester resin suitable for fire retardant applications. It is designed for manufacturing composite parts using hand layup or injection processes. This product is ideal for demanding applications in buildings, public transport, and railways. It has excellent fire resistance and a Q rating of 0.53, achieving M1/F2 standards as a fully cured laminate with Gelcoat 967 PA FR. This product has a low viscosity, which lowers consumption and enhances suitability for RTM processes. The low styrene content also provides better comfort for users, and the stability provides low filler sedimentation. Pigments and additional fillers can be added to this resin. However, their effects should be tested in workshop conditions before being added to the formulation.

Crystic® Transfer Moulding Resin 783PA is a pre-accelerated, isophthalic polyester resin, designed for use in RTM (Resin Transfer Molding). It is a versatile resin, with good mechanical properties and impact resistance, recommended for the manufacture of mouldings for use in structural, high performance applications.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 198 is a medium-viscosity orthophthalic polyester resin with good heat and chemical resistance properties. This product was developed for use in the chemical industry (tanks, pipes, fume stacks, etc.), where heat and chemical resistance are both required, but it can also be used in industrial, transportation, and building and construction applications. It can be used with glass fiber-backed polypropylene and suitably treated uPVC. This product has a high HDT of 112°C and a 12-minute gel time.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 921 is an un-accelerated, orthophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin with a low viscosity to accept the maximum level of filler particles. It has been developed specifically for polymer concrete. Crystic® 921PALV is a lower viscosity, thixotropic version of this product. It is suitable for pigmented castings filled to a low level or not filled at all.

Crystic® Vinylester Resin VE673 is a low-viscosity, non-accelerated, non-thixotropic, high-HDT epoxy novalac vinyl ester resin with outstanding chemical resistance to a wide range of substances at room temperature and elevated temperatures. This product is suitable for laminating and filament winding. It has a 16-minute gel time and can be used for chemical resistance, building and construction, and industrial applications.

Crystic® Polyester Resin R115NT is a general purpose non thixotropic, non accelerated, orthophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin. It has a gel time of 10 minutes and can be used for the production of filled castings or for reinforced laminates on flat molds.

Crystic® Decorative Casting Resin 911PASA is a pre-accelerated, orthophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin. Its low viscosity helps to accept the maximum level of filler particles. This product is designed for the casting of small details, including collectibles and figurines. It has a 20-minute gel time.

Crystic® Polyester Resin PDME 074 is an acrylic modified orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin developed specifically for the manufacturing of maximum clarity roofing sheets by continuous sheeting process. It is ultra violet stabilized by the addition of special anti UV additives. The resin also contains acrylic monomers to reduce long term yellowing of the laminates.

Crystic® High Performance Resin 3642.3 can be used by spray, filament winding, or hand layup. This resin can be used in many applications, but its high performance makes it particularly suitable for the production of oil tanks. Additionally, it can also be used for direct bonding on sanitary acrylic.

Crystic® Transfer Moulding Resin 781PALV is a pre-aceelerated, orthophthalic polyester resin, designed for use in RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) and RTM Light processes. It is especially suited to those RTM applications which require the addition of filler to the resin system.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 199 is an isophthalic polyester resin recommended for use in high-performance applications where superior thermal and electrical properties are required. It has excellent chemical and heat resistance. This product can withstand long periods (1 year) at temperatures up to 150ºC, and shorter periods at temperatures up to 200ºC, with no serious loss of properties. It has a 30-minute gel time.

Crystic® Pipe Relining Resin D3846SA is a thixotropic, non-accelerated, isophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin with low exotherm. It is specially designed for the production of liners to be used in the pipe relining industry. The fully cured liners offer high chemical resistance and mechanical properties.

Crystic® Laminating Resin 406PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, orthophthalic polyester resin. This laminating resin has rapid wet out and low exotherm, making it ideal for multi-layer laminates in spray or hand-lay applications. It has a gel time of 18 minutes and Lloyd's approval. This product is suitable for use in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.420PA is a long gel time, low styrene emission, pre-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin. This laminating resin has a 45-minute gel time and low exotherm, making it suitable for the molding of large structures and thick laminates. Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.402PALV is the low-viscosity version of this product. It has Lloyd's approval and can be used in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications.

Crystic® Laminating Resin 4252.4 TEPA V01 is an orthophtalic, pre-accelerated, low styrene emission (LSE), thixotropic unsaturated polyester resin. This product can be used for spray application or for contact molding when fast mold turn-around or thick laminates are required. It is an incredibly versatile laminating resin, and its excellent mechanical properties make it ideal for bonding on acrylic sheets for sanitary use.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 625PA is a thixotropic, tough, pre-accelerated isophthalic polyester resin with good heat and chemical resistance properties. It can be used in filament winding applications and is ideally suited for the production of heat-resistant and dimensionally stable molds. This product has a 20-minute gel time.

Crystic® Fire Retardant Resin 1355PA is a pre-accelerated, filled, fire-retardant polyester resin that has been designed for contact molding applications. It has been formulated as an inexpensive resin and wets out the reinforcement rapidly. This product is supplied in a restricted range of colors.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.406PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, orthophthalic polyester resin with low styrene emission. This laminating resin has rapid wet out and low exotherm, making it ideal for multi-layer laminates in spray or hand-lay applications. It has a 16-minute gel time, Lloyd's approval, and can be used in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 397PA is a pre-accelerated isophthalic/neopentyl glycol polyester resin with a high heat deflection temperature and good water and chemical resistance. It is recommended for the fabrication of high-performance laminates for critical applications in aggressive environments. This product is suitable for contact molding and filament winding processes.

Crystic® Resin 3454.4T AC01 has been designed for filament winding application but can also be used by hand layup or spray techniques. Its medium-to-high reactivity allows for a fast curing time, even on thin laminates. This resin is suitable for the production of glass-reinforced laminates when heat distortion resistance is required. Its high performance makes it particularly suitable for the production of oil tanks and pipes.

Crestafire® Bio P1-8001 is a versatile bio-resin with excellent fire, smoke, and toxicity properties and good mechanical properties, due to which the product can be used in the most demanding FST applications in the railway, building and construction, and other public transport industries. It is designed for applications where fireproof performance and natural origins are key to the final product.

Crystic® Thixotropic Resin VE676T is a thixotropic version of Crystic® VE676, an epoxy bisphenol A based vinyl ester resin. This product is suitable for hand lay-up, spray lay-up, and similar processes. Thixotropic additives provide applied material sag resistance to vertical surfaces. 

Crystic® Transfer Moulding Resin 5008ST is a non accelerated orthophtalic resin designed for use by RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) techniques, with excellent mechanical properties. Its rheology makes it suitable to be processed by vacuum injection or wet press as well.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 125PA is a quality orthophthalic-based unsaturated polyester resin developed specifically for the manufacture of GRP moldings. This medium-viscosity polyester resin meets the requirements of BS 3532:1990 as a type "A" resin and can be used for flat surface laminations. Laminates made with this product have good mechanical strength, high rigidity and impact resistance, and excellent dimensional stability. When used with the recommended curing system, its curing properties make it especially suitable for fast production processes.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 491PAT is a versatile, pre-accelerated, unsaturated polyester resin with good water and chemical resistance properties. It was developed for use in a wide range of critical applications that require toughness combined with water and chemical resistance. This product is thixotropic and can be applied with either brush or spray equipment. It may also be used in the pultrusion process for the production of profile sections. This product is suitable for the fabrication of high-performance boat hulls destined for use in warm and tropical waters.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 272 is an isophthalic polyester resin. It is recommended for use in high-performance applications using filament winding, pultrusion, and centrifugal or contact molding processes. The fully cured laminates have high mechanical strength and excellent strength retention in wet environments at temperatures up to 60ºC.

Crystic® Fire Retardant Resin PD9453PA is a pre-accelerated, filled polyester resin designed for use in RTM and RTM light processes. It is fire-retardant and has a 20-minute gel time. This product's fully cured laminates receive a Class 1 rating according to BS 476 Part 7: 1987. It achieves Class 1 BS476 Part 7.

Crystic® Laminating Resin 471PALV is a pre-accelerated, low-viscosity polyester resin with rapid hardening characteristics. This laminating resin combines rapid impregnation of reinforcements and fillers with a very short mold release time and is suitable for hand-laying or spray applications. It has an 8-minute gel time, Lloyds approval, and is suitable for use in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications.

Crystic® Pipe Relining Resin PD10098T is a thixotropic, non-accelerated, high-reactive orthophthalic neopentylglycol unsaturated polyester resin. It is specially developed for the production of liners in the pipe relining industry. Fully cured laminates of this product offer high chemical resistance and mechanical properties, as well as excellent long-term property retention.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 272E is an isophthalic polyester resin designed for use in hot climates. It is used in high-performance applications such as pipes, tanks, and ducting. This versatile resin is suitable for use in filament winding, pultrusion, centrifugal molding, or contact molding processes. It has a 25-minute gel time.

Crystic® Vinylester Resin VE671 is an epoxy Bisphenol A based standard vinyl ester resin. It has outstanding chemical resistance to a wide range of substances, (acids, alkalies, oxidising agents) at room and elevated temperatures. The product is suitable for fabrication of fiber reinforced composites by all conventional techniques (contact molding, filament winding and injection molding) and for use in many chemical processing industry applications (storage tanks, vessels, ducts).
