BD54750 is a low viscosity polyamine epoxy product. The BD54750 is designed for metals and plastics bonding. This product is ideal for highway and bridge deck repairs, potting, casting, and encapsulation, floor systems, linings of tanks and pipes, and coatings. This product has good chemical, corrosion, and water resistance. It is especially formulated for a 1:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 4 hours with a full cure at room temperature within 48 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.

GP® CL-7003 phenolic resin from Georgia-Pacific Chemicals is a thermoplastic novolac. It is used as a crosslinking resin for epoxy and polyester resins. Its low phenol content, convenient softening point, and melt viscosity are conducive for use in powder coatings.

The Pigments chosen for the 70 and 72 Series exhibit color brilliance, strength, chemical and UV resistance and lightfastness. Most are suitable for interior and exterior applications. The 70 Series are pigments dispersed in a monomeric pthalate plasticizer while the 72 Series are dispersed in pthalate compliant plasticizer.

THINPREG™ TP 415 is a rubber toughened version of TP402, design for sporting goods application, combining high elongation and great toughness. It is available in ultra-Thin Ply format, as low as 15gsm. This hot-melt epoxy prepreg is recommended to be cured at 135°C for optimal performance and a Tg until 145°C Onset (by E’ DMA). This matrix has a very good flow control. TP415 offers excellent mechanical properties on a wide variety of fibers, and fiber weights.

APCM DA 4092 is modified epoxy pre-impregnated system which can cure at 250°F (121°C) for one hour. DA 4090 | DA 4092 can be supplied on any commercially available glass, Kevlar, or graphite fabric. DA 4090 is a one sided pre-impregnated fabric yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4092 is the same system where both sides of the fabric are pre-impregnated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepreg systems can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

Epoplex® LS50 is a two-component, 100% solids epoxy coating material designed as a rapid setting highway marking coating that provides durability and corrosion and abrasion resistance. Epoplex® LS50 is formulated to provide a simple volumetric mixing ratio of two volumes of Component A to one volume of Component B.

EF 12 is above 240 °C. High Tg EF12 resin system is used to produce structural prepregs. Optimized cure methods for these resin systems are Press and Autoclave molding.

For the huge size part production, generally vacuum bag only prepregs (OM12) are recommended

Applied Technologies 5933 Silver Epoxy is a 100% solids, two component, silver filled epoxy designed for easy non-critical 1:1 mixing and quick cure responses at room temperature (20-25°C).
