SILRES® BS 1802 is an admixture for the integral waterproofing of fresh concrete in its undiluted form. Additionally, it can be utilized as a water-resisting admixture for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products. SILRES® BS 1802 effectively prolongs the service life of concrete structures by inhibiting the alkali-silica reaction (ASR).

SILRES® BS 30 is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. In its undiluted form, it provides water and stain repellency to mineral substrates while enhancing their appearance. SILRES® BS 30 is suitable for a wide variety of mineral substrates used in the tile industry, including tumbled marble, limestone, slate, and saltillo clay tile.

SILRES® BS 3003 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Diluted solutions of SILRES® BS 3003 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. It can also be used for the mass treatment of non-load-bearing concrete products and as a post-hydrophobation agent for fiber cement products like fiber cement boards.

VINNAPAS® 224 HD is a multi-purpose construction dispersion for liquid and paste with cement-free binder technology, specifically suited for primers, ready-to-use tile adhesives, and one-component dispersion-based water-proofing membranes. It is based on a hard copolymer of styrene and acrylate and belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® HD, which means that it provides a remarkable hydrophobic effect in addition to excellent adhesion even under wet conditions.

CP-1007™ is a non-flammable, non-toxic, non-acid, penetrating silicate sealer that strengthens and internally waterproofs cementious materials. CP-1007 is water-based and environmentally friendly. Unlike membrane forming sealers which can be worn away in high traffic areas’, leaving unprotected concrete unsightly and susceptible to chemical attack, CP-1007 penetrates into the surface and cannot be scratched or peeled off. When applied to concrete or masonry, CP-1007 reacts with calcium hydroxide and reduces porosity and permeability of the concrete matrix. This serves to increase the hardness and chemical resistance which, in turn, increases the service life of the surface. In conditions where salt air and humidity attack the concrete, causing oxidation of the reinforcing steel, CP-1007 has proved to halt such corrosion activity. When the CP-1007 is applied to concrete exposed to such conditions, exfoliation or expulsion of the chlorides takes place. The CP-1007 reacts with free alkali in the concrete forming a silica hydrogel that fills the capillaries within the matrix. This hydrogel waterproofs and seals the surface after all materials harmful to the concrete are removed. This process could take up to thirty days or longer, depending on the chloride and acidic residual concentration within the capillaries.

BD54750 is a low viscosity polyamine epoxy product. The BD54750 is designed for metals and plastics bonding. This product is ideal for highway and bridge deck repairs, potting, casting, and encapsulation, floor systems, linings of tanks and pipes, and coatings. This product has good chemical, corrosion, and water resistance. It is especially formulated for a 1:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 4 hours with a full cure at room temperature within 48 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.

BD3141 is a flexible, two component acrylic adhesive with incorporated spacer shim (0.030 inch) to maintain a uniform bond line thickness. Like other BD3000 acrylic adhesives, BD3141 is designed to efficiently transfer high loads and evenly distribute stresses. These characteristics distinguish the BD3141 product from other acrylic adhesives that claim high strength and elongation. BD3141 bonds many materials without surface separation or priming and cures rapidly at room temperature.

Helmicol 3029 is a two-component solvent-free, polyurethane adhesive formulated to permanently install luxury vinyl tile and plank flooring, resilient sheet vinyl flooring, rubber tile flooring and rubber sheet flooring and rubber and vinyl stair treads. Helmicol 3029 has been formulated to produce a superior, flexible bond required for use in high traffic applications. May be used over properly prepared porous and non-porous surfaces such as concrete, underlayment grade plywood, cementitious based patching compounds and levelers.

Akfix 888P Flexible PU Gun Foam is a single-component PU flexible foam used with an applicator gun and features flexibility, high performance, easier application and reusability. It does not contain any propellant gasses which are harmful to the ozone layer. The foam has a minimum expansion after application (less than 50%) and is therefore very economical to use. SureSeal is unique in that is normally does not require acid etching of the concrete before application. SureSeal OTC is non-skinning.
