Thermoset Resin C is an Unsaturated Polyester resin non-economic slight dark color with good chemical resistance.It is used in glass fiber lamination and general-purpose.

Akulon® K224-HG6 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin that offers a cost-effective solution and is known for being heat stabilized, lightweight, and having reduced friction properties. They are UL flame-rated as well. They find applications in various markets, including automotive and transportation, building and construction, consumer goods, and industrial sectors.

ForTii® Ace WX53-FC is a high-temperature polyamide with halogen-free and halogen-containing flame retardant grades. It is designed for demanding applications in the electronics, lighting, automotive, white goods, industrial, and aerospace industries. It exhibits best-in-class high-temperature and wet mechanical performance, weldline strength, and weldline strength retention in hot water and steam. ForTii® Ace WX53-FC is a PPA with a high glass transition temperature and extreme chemical resistance, making it suitable for applications requiring high mechanical strength at elevated temperatures. It is processed using injection molding technology and features a USP class VI classification, making it suitable for drinking water contact.

EcoPaXX® Q-DWX10 is a long aliphatic polyamide with excellent mechanical and flow performance, specifically designed for food contact and drinking water applications. It offers exceptional chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. The material can be processed using injection molding technology. It has good surface properties and meets the requirements for drinking water contact quality as well as food contact quality.

LRBG Chemicals USA MUF 400PC is a light tan, free-flowing melamine-urea resin powder designed as an adhesive for hot-press or high-frequency wood bonding systems. When used correctly, it provides a waterproof bond and meets the requirements of the ANSI/AITC A190.1-1992 Standard for Structural Glued Laminated Timber. This resin is ideal for high-frequency, high-strength gluing of truck flooring, rail decks, and other laminated wood structures due to its fast cure and low arcing. However, LRBG Chemicals USA MUF 400PC is not suitable for cold-cure applications.

LRBG Chemicals USA MUF 400-15 is a melamine urea formaldehyde resin spray-dried powder, appearing as a tan to white free-flowing powder. It forms a crust on the surface by absorbing moisture from the air. This powdered resin can be used in container wood flooring adhesive, wood adhesive, and compression molding of wood articles.

LRBG Chemicals USA MUF 400-6 is a melamine -urea formaldehyde resin spray-dried powder. It appears as a tan to white, free-flowing powder that forms a crust on the surface when exposed to moisture in the air. This powdered resin can be used in container wood flooring adhesives, wood adhesives, and for the compression molding of wood articles.

Crystic® Spray Gelcoat 976SMK is a chemical resistant, thixotropic and pre-accelerated Iso - NPG gelcoat, designed for the manufacture of swimming pools. It will provide high chemical and hydrolysis resistance. This gelcoat is to be applied by spray with airless machine.

Crestapol® 1211A Urethane Acrylate Resin is a partially accelerated, filled, tough urethane acrylate resin designed for applications requiring the highest levels of fire and smoke performance. It incorporates a selected grade of alumina trihydrate (ATH), which makes it suitable for the production of laminates where excellent fire resistance and low levels of smoke and toxic fumes are required. This product is halogen-free and does not contain heavy metals.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 196E is a non-accelerated, non-thixotropic, orthophthalic polyester resin for use in hot climates. It has Lloyd's approval and can be used in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications. This product is particularly suitable for filament winding and pultrusion processes.

Crystic® Fire Retardant Resin 5046PA is a filled, orthophthalic, pre-accelerated, unsaturated polyester resin suitable for fire retardant applications. It is designed for manufacturing composite parts using hand layup or injection processes. This product is ideal for demanding applications in buildings, public transport, and railways. It has excellent fire resistance and a Q rating of 0.53, achieving M1/F2 standards as a fully cured laminate with Gelcoat 967 PA FR. This product has a low viscosity, which lowers consumption and enhances suitability for RTM processes. The low styrene content also provides better comfort for users, and the stability provides low filler sedimentation. Pigments and additional fillers can be added to this resin. However, their effects should be tested in workshop conditions before being added to the formulation.

Crystic® Transfer Moulding Resin 783PA is a pre-accelerated, isophthalic polyester resin, designed for use in RTM (Resin Transfer Molding). It is a versatile resin, with good mechanical properties and impact resistance, recommended for the manufacture of mouldings for use in structural, high performance applications.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 198 is a medium-viscosity orthophthalic polyester resin with good heat and chemical resistance properties. This product was developed for use in the chemical industry (tanks, pipes, fume stacks, etc.), where heat and chemical resistance are both required, but it can also be used in industrial, transportation, and building and construction applications. It can be used with glass fiber-backed polypropylene and suitably treated uPVC. This product has a high HDT of 112°C and a 12-minute gel time.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 921 is an un-accelerated, orthophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin with a low viscosity to accept the maximum level of filler particles. It has been developed specifically for polymer concrete. Crystic® 921PALV is a lower viscosity, thixotropic version of this product. It is suitable for pigmented castings filled to a low level or not filled at all.

Crystic® Decorative Casting Resin 911PASA is a pre-accelerated, orthophthalic, unsaturated polyester resin. Its low viscosity helps to accept the maximum level of filler particles. This product is designed for the casting of small details, including collectibles and figurines. It has a 20-minute gel time.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 474PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic version of Crystic 198. Crystic 474PA is an exceptionally versatile resin suitable for the fabrication of laminates for a wide variety of applications throughout the chemical industry, particularly in environments where resistance to heat and chemicals is required.

Crystic® Spray Gelcoat 92PA is a chemical resistant spray gelcoat. It is suitable for the manufacture of bathroom products such as sinks, baths, shower trays and water slides and has been used successfully in the industry for many years. It is easy to use and repair.

Texicryl® AD9122 is a modified styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion that offers excellent water resistance and adhesion to various substrates including wood, rubber and metal. It has been designed for the formulation of low VOC waterbased coatings and can be formulated as mulch coatings for various mulch subatrates.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.420PA is a long gel time, low styrene emission, pre-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin. This laminating resin has a 45-minute gel time and low exotherm, making it suitable for the molding of large structures and thick laminates. Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.402PALV is the low-viscosity version of this product. It has Lloyd's approval and can be used in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 625PA is a thixotropic, tough, pre-accelerated isophthalic polyester resin with good heat and chemical resistance properties. It can be used in filament winding applications and is ideally suited for the production of heat-resistant and dimensionally stable molds. This product has a 20-minute gel time.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 397PA is a pre-accelerated isophthalic/neopentyl glycol polyester resin with a high heat deflection temperature and good water and chemical resistance. It is recommended for the fabrication of high-performance laminates for critical applications in aggressive environments. This product is suitable for contact molding and filament winding processes.

Crystic® Orthophthalic Topcoat 402PA is a pre-accelerated topcoat with excellent scuff resistance, designed for use in general purpose GRP moldings. It is based on a high quality orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin and is suitable for all general molding requirements. The product has been formulated for brush application.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 272 is an isophthalic polyester resin. It is recommended for use in high-performance applications using filament winding, pultrusion, and centrifugal or contact molding processes. The fully cured laminates have high mechanical strength and excellent strength retention in wet environments at temperatures up to 60ºC.

Crystic® Brush Gelcoat LS 31PA is a superior weathering iso/NPG brush gelcoat offering better color stability than all other competitive iso/NPG gelcoats tested in Florida for 12 months. It has been formulated for ease of use in production, easy to repair and can be used in all market sectors including marine. It has excellent water resistance and has Lloyds approval.

Crystic® Fire Retardant Resin PD9453PA is a pre-accelerated, filled polyester resin designed for use in RTM and RTM light processes. It is fire-retardant and has a 20-minute gel time. This product's fully cured laminates receive a Class 1 rating according to BS 476 Part 7: 1987. It achieves Class 1 BS476 Part 7.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 701PAX is a pre-accelerated isophthalic polyester resin with low viscosity and controlled exotherm characteristics. It is designed for use in vacuum infusion processes. This product has Lloyd's approval and is suitable for use in marine, wind energy, building and construction, and transportation.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 123PA is a medium-thixotropic, tropicalized, pre-accelerated waxed unsaturated polyester resin. This resin is specially formulated to provide rapid wetting and impregnation of the reinforcement. It is ideally suited for the building of boats, water tanks, bathtubs, shower trays, and other products where water resistance is an important factor.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 1124PA is an orthophthalic, low-viscosity, unsaturated polyester resin. It is supplied as a solution dissolved in monomeric styrene. This product is pre-accelerated to give a sufficient pot life for contact molding using Andonox® KP9 at normal ambient temperatures. It has been formulated to give a rapid cure time while retaining a usable pot life and a normal peak exotherm temperature. For an extra-rapid cure, the use of acetoacetonyl peroxide (Andonox® PD40) is recommended.

Crystic® Orthophthalic Spray Topcoat 408PA White is a pre-accelerated flowcoat with excellent scuff resistance, designed for use in general purpose GRP moldings. It is based on a high quality orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin and is suitable for all general molding requirements. The product is pigmented using a highly UV resistant grade of titanium dioxide.

Crystic® Resin PD10031PA – 01 is an acrylic-modified, UV-stabilized, high-quality, isophthalic neopentyl glycol unsaturated polyester resin. This product has been developed specifically for the casting of solid surfaces, where the applications can range from sanitary ware to vanity units to worktops. It is a low-color polyester resin designed to accept the maximum level of filler, such as aluminum trihydride (ATH) and colored chips or ground natural stone.

Crystic® Resin S15.6 is a very flexible unsaturated polyester resin based on adipic acid. It can be used alone or in conjunction with other polyester resins for the manufacturing of flexible products. Impregnating resins particularly isophtalic resins can be flexibilised by addition of Crystic® Resin S15.6 without any significant impact on the chemical resistance properties.

Crystic® Solid Surface Casting Resin 935PA is a pre-accelerated, high-performance, isophthalic neopentyl glycol unsaturated polyester resin. It is developed specifically for the casting of solid surface products. This high-clarity, low-color resin is supplied at a low to medium viscosity in order to accept the maximum level of fillers, including aluminum trihydrate (ATH) and colored chips or natural stone. For the production of flat sheets, where quicker gel times and cure times are required, Crystic® 935PAHR is available on request.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 195 is a light-stabilized polyester resin containing styrene and methyl methacrylate. When combined with powder-bonded "E" glass, it is recommended for the production of maximum-clarity GRP sheeting with up to 80% light transmission. This product has a 25-minute gel time.

Crystic® Vinyl Ester Resin VE679-03PA is a pre-accelerated, DCPD modified, vinyl ester resin developed for use as a infusion resin with a wide range of gel times with various catalysts. It has excellent blister resistance and significantly reduces the occurrence of print through, to produce durable moldings with an enhanced surface finish.
