Northern Industries NI-21 100% Epoxy is an odorless two component coating designed to resist high wear and harsh chemicals when applied to floors and walls. Its high gloss finish and self-leveling characteristic make it excellent for high build applications. When the two components are combined, a conversion from a liquid epoxy to a thermoset solid occurs. The result is a highly durable finish that is easy to clean.

DRYLOK® E1 Latex 1-Part Epoxy Concrete Floor Paint utilizes an Advanced Epoxy Ester Resin fortified formulation for greater protection and durability.

Poly Lining Systems PLS 477PW is an epoxy coating which has been specifically formulated for use in tanks, vessels and other equipment contacting potable water. PLS 447 PW is intended to be applied to steel substrates which have been cleaned to meet the specification NACE No.2/SSPC-SP10 Near White Metal Blast. PLS 447PW is a 100% solids formulation featuring good application characteristics.

Sinmast 501 is a 100% solids, flexibilized two-part epoxy joint filler specifically formulated to meet the punishing demands of today’s industrial floors. Sinmast 501 is used to fill and repair joints and cracks subjected to hard wheeled traffic and will provide for a flexible and durable surface. It is flexible, resilient and will help protect floor cracks, saw-cut and control joints from cracking or spalling of the joint edges. Sinmast 501 can also be mixed with sand and applied as a coating for a resilient non-skid surface.

THINPREG™ TP 380CE is a Uni-Directional tape made of Carbon fibers impregnated with a thermoset cyanate ester resin system. ThinPreg™ 380CE uses a high Tg resin well adapted to autoclave molding at 180°C (350°F) with post-curing. The Fiber Areal Weight of ThinPreg™ 380CE ranges from 30g/m2 to 300g/m2 and the standard resin content ranges from 32 to 42% by weight. The North Thin Ply Technology process allows for the adjustment of the fiber / resin ratio upon request.

F161 is a structural, heat resistant and electrical grade epoxy formulation designed for autoclave curing. F161 is a high temperature, laminate grade epoxy resin with a 350°F (177°C) cure. F161 is unique in that it was the first resin system to meet all types and classes of MIL-R-9300 B.

Also used where a low viscosity, quick curing epoxy system is desired. Very low mixed viscosities quickly wet thick reinforcements. Exhibits very low exudation, allowing secondary bonding with minimal preparation.

EPOXYPLUS is the latest advancement in non-staining technology. Specially formulated with 100% solid epoxy resins and hardeners, EPOXYPLUS uses integrally colored quartz fillers, which eliminates pigment staining of tiles, typical of traditional cement and epoxy grouts and joint filters. VF 30™ is a low viscosity, high solids epoxy developed as a penetrating concrete primer for polyurea applications. VF 30 penetrates and strengthens the surface of the concrete, reduces pin-hole formations and provides a chemically reactive surface to accept VersaFlex polyurea systems.
