BD54750 is a low viscosity polyamine epoxy product. The BD54750 is designed for metals and plastics bonding. This product is ideal for highway and bridge deck repairs, potting, casting, and encapsulation, floor systems, linings of tanks and pipes, and coatings. This product has good chemical, corrosion, and water resistance. It is especially formulated for a 1:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 4 hours with a full cure at room temperature within 48 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.

Glycidoxy (epoxy) -functional silane that is used as a coupling agent for unsaturated polyester– fiberglass composites, polysulfide & polyurethane caulks and sealants, and glass roving size-binders. Silanes are used in a variety of industrial applications. Organofunctional Silanes have an organic functional end group and an alkoxy functional end group which allow the silane to act as a bridge between organic materials and inorganic substrates. The organic functional group is matched to the resin system while the alkoxy group provides the reactive site for crosslinking. These materials are useful as adhesion promoters, crosslinking agents, surface modifiers and hydrophobizing agents.
