PROGILINE® FI 50100 Foam Inhibitor is a 100% active polyalkylene glycol foam inhibitor. The product is designed specifically for the defoaming and suppression of foam in sugar beet processing applications. Progiline FI 50100 is effective in various stages of the process, including diffusion, liming and carbonation. PROGILINE® FI 50100 may be dosed directly into the system, typically at concentrations of 5-20 ppm, but alternatively may be formulated with other components such as fatty acids or water to create lower cost formulations of lower viscosity, which enables easier dosing into systems. Formulations with water and fatty acid typically require only simple agitation prior to use. Progiline FI 50100 is extremely efficiently dispersed and is suitable for application in a wide range of diffusion systems.

Mosselman Sorbitan Tristearate (26658-19-5) are non-ionic emulsifiers obtained by the esterification of dehydrated sorbitol with fatty acids. These esters are mostly water in oil emulsifiers, but they can also act as oil in water emulsifiers when they are used in combination with the ethoxylated sorbitanesters.

Cuprisan is a unique waste treatable copper complex designed to neutralize odor causing sulfides and reactive cations such as Al+3 and Fe+2. Cuprisan can be added tank-side or formulated into the coolant concentrate to provide long term odor control. Cuprisan works synergistically with biocides. When used with an Isothiazolinone-based microbicide, as little as 20% of the normal dosage is required to attain a complete kill and maintain a controlled fluid. Cuprisan will immediately eliminate and prevent the recurrence of most coolant-borne odors such as the common rotten egg smell and will aid in the stabilization of water-based cutting fluids.
