SABIC's Specialties Business LNP THERMOCOMP RF0057E compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 25% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Non-Brominated & Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX4610 resin is a 10% glass fiber reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This high performance injection moldable grade has a UL 5VA flame rating, non-brominated / non-chlorinated FR package, UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1, excellent chemical resistance, high heat resistance, and flow. NORYL GTX4610 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of electrical applications including connectors, sockets, sensors, terminal blocks, and insulator components. LNP LUBRICOMP JD4901 compound is based on Polyetherimide (PEI) resin containing 20% glass fiber, 10% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

NORYL PX9406P is VDE certified IEC60335 and offers strong electrical performance at thin wall, high heat resistance, Low Warpage, low moisture absorption, and dimensional stability. This material is an excellent candidate for unattended appliance applications such as printed circuit board (PCB) holders, terminal blocks + connectors, circuit protection / relay / switches, motor end caps, control box / panels, and battery charger / fuse holders where VDE IEC60335 is required. SABIC's Specialties Business VALOX™ ENH3500 is an unreinforced, non-chlorinated/brominated flame retardant Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) injection moldable grade with excellent chemical resistance. It has a UL94V0@0.80mm flame rating. This is a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a sustainable FR PBT solution.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN ML6411 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane resin, is a high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade with very low temperature ductility characteristics. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm and 5VA @ 3.0mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR systems. LEXAN ML6411 resin offers excellent processing characteristics with opportunity for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. This product is available in a wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide range of electrical applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 1000/517.01 IM is a heat-stabilized, easy-release, and easy-flow polyamide 66 that is adhesion-modified to PVC. It is commonly used in applications such as plugs/connectors, housings, and various automotive powertrain parts in the automotive, electrical, and electronic market segments. For injection molding, the melt temperature should range between 270-290°C and the mold temperature between 40-80°C. The product should be stored in the dark and kept at no more than 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC 1000/121 UV IM is a polycarbonate-based impact-modified, UV-stabilized plastic containing recycled material. It is suitable for the electrical and electronic, lighting, and various market segments and is typically used to produce housings, lamps, sockets, and various exterior parts and fixtures/fittings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC 1000/542 FR UV is a polycarbonate base polymer with special features including UV stabilization, easy release (demolding), and flame retardant. It contains recycled material and is suitable for electrical and electronic applications, such as housings, plugs/connectors, and functional components.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LD2 PC 1000 17150 UV GY2240-08 is a polycarbonate base polymer with special features such as impact modification, UV stabilization, and the inclusion of recycled material with light scattering capabilities. It is used in electrical and electronic, lighting, and various exterior parts, fixtures/fittings, and electrical component applications such as housings, lamps, sockets, and more.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2030/516.01 GF30 IM is a polyamide 6 with 30% glass fibers filler/additive system. It is suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures of 270-290°C and mold temperatures of 80-100°C. It has easy release (demolding), impact modified, injection molding grade, heat stabilized, nucleated and processing stabilized special features. It is typically used in automotive, electrical, and electronic markets for exterior parts, interior decoration/finishing, and electrical components applications such as housings, functional components, and plugs/connectors. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%.

CS series™ XPF0100S is a cross-linked polystyrene in highly spherical fine powder form. These cross-linked polystyrene particle materials exhibit high clarity, hardness, heat resistance and dimensional stability. CS Series™ cross-linked polystyrene materials are manufactured using TWO H Chem Ltd. Proprietary process technology.

Pure high density polyethylene homopolymer polymer in finely sized rounded powder form. Avg. = 38 micron, D100 = 70 micron.
