CHT Group AS1707 is a non-corrosive, neutral-cure, 1-part, RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) silicone adhesive sealant. It is one in a range of alkoxy cure products that are solvent-free. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and cures at room temperature to form a tough rubber when in contact with atmospheric moisture. This product will not corrode copper or its alloys and is suitable for use with electronic components.

TP7209 is a low bond strength thermoplastic film adhesive. It is designed for bonding heat-sink, component, and substrate. This unique diamond flled material has excellent thermal conductivity and is tacky at room temperature.

TC8750 is a silver-filled, B-staged epoxy film adhesive. It is designed for bonding component and substrate to a mismatched substrate or carrier. Its low Tg imposes minimum thermal stress on bonded parts during thermal cycling or shock testing. It has excellent thermal conductivity and can be used for most applications at temperatures from -65 to 150°C. It is reworkable at 80-150°C. Customers must test the adhesive for their specific applications to confirm its suitability. TC8750 is designed to meet the hybrid adhesive specification MIL-STD-883; Method 5011. It exhibits low outgassing at 125°C and passes NASA Outgassing requirements.

RTK7659 is a tack-film, reworkable, diamond-filled, epoxy film adhesive designed for bonding die, component and substrate to a mismatched substrate or carrier. This B-Staged, dielectric adhesive offers excellent reworkability at 80-150°C. RTK7659 has excellent thermal conductivity and the low Tg of the adhesiveimposes minimum thermal stress on bonded parts during thermal cycling or shock testing.

SETWORX™ 60 is a toughened, high strength, structural epoxy adhesive. This adhesive has an excellent combination of shear and peel strength. It has also excellent impact and vibration resistance and low temperature flexibility. This high performance epoxy adhesive exhibits very good physical, thermal, and electrical insulation properties.

SetWORX™ 1510 is a fast setting, toughened epoxy adhesive designed for industrial grade applications. This epoxy system has 1:1 mixing ratio by volume & cure fast at room temperature. When cured it is resistant to a wide range of chemicals and solvents, and acts as an excellent electrical insulator. The cured adhesive exhibits high impact resistance and exceptional bond strength. It can be used for bonding glass, metals, woods and some plastics.

TG-45LV is a specially formulated with low viscosity/screen printable consistency to achieve low BLT and high thermal conductivity for optimum thermal performance. Exhibits excellent resistance to pump out, outgassing and phase separation while eliminating concern of silicone deposition on optics and electronics within any package. TG-45LV is high performance thermal grease designed to meet the thermal, reliability and low-price requirements of high-end chipset, graphic processors trend ever-faster clock speeds. APPLI-TEC 5336 Epoxy is a black, electrically isolating, thermally conductive epoxy designed specifically for staking and encapsulating electronics on circuit boards as well as potting and encapsulating power supplies, transformers, and coils. This material is ideal for applications requiring a thermally conductive epoxy with resistance to solvents and chemicals. 5336 is supplied in frozen syringes.

Click Bond CB394-43 - CB394 43ml High-Temperature Epoxy Adhesive Cartridge is a two-part structural paste adhesive capable of room temperature cure. It also exhibits excellent strength at 350°F / 177°C and higher, although at the expense of toughness and peel strength. CB394 is capable of bonding metals, many thermoplastics, and thermoset composites. CB394 is recommended for installation of Click Bond adhesive-bonded fasteners where high-temperature environments are present. CB394 adhesive meets the specifications of MMM-A-132 Rev. A, Type I, Class 3.
