The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ 1010P200 Resin is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) powder. This powder is available with an average particle size (D50) of 200 micron and a maximum particle size (D100) of 450 micron. It may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. It has a lower molecular weight than 1000P200. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimension properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant. The material is RoHS Compliant. The base material is transparent amber colored.

ULTEM 1000F3SP powder is a RoHS compliant polyetherimide (PEI) powder offering a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217ºC. This FDA compliant powder is available in a spherical shape with an average particle size (D50) of 15 micron and a maximum particle size (D100) of 75 micron.

SABIC's Specialties Business High heat resistant polycarbonate copolymer, provides DTUL of 300F at 264 psi. FDA food contact compliant in limited colors. Effective January 15th, 2008 this grade will no longer be supported with biocompatibility information and should not be used for medical applications which require biocompatibility.
