ELCRES XD2322 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications such as electronic vehicles (EV) and 5G devices.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ Copolymer MPX1 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a UV stabilized injection molding (IM) grade with release properties. This resin offers good low temperature ductility in combination with high flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard IM PC resins. Lexan MPX1 resin is a general purpose product available in limited colors and may be an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications. ELASTOSIL® R 401/55 S is a high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR). Vulcanizates cured with peroxide made from this compound exhibit a unique combination of characteristics. It is noted for its good flexibility, high transparency, and mechanical properties. The compound is easily pigmented with ELASTOSIL® Color Paste PT and has good processing characteristics.

The vulcanizates show good tear resistance, a low compression set, and are highly elastic. Postcured parts can be used for food contact applications and are suitable for use under the recommendation "XV. Silicones" of the BfR and FDA 177.2600 under observance of any given limitations on extractable and volatile substances.

ELASTOSIL® RT 703 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part heat-curing silicone adhesive. It can also be used for surface printing purposes when applied by serigraphy. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 703 displays excellent adhesion to various substrates and long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can continuously withstand changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 200°C (392°F) without damage.

This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VB at 2mm, 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 1.5mm. NORYL™ PX9406 offers strong electrical performance at thin wall, high heat resistance, low warpage, low moisture absorption, and dimensional stability.
