SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX674PC resin is a conductive, non-reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This injection moldable grade is optimized to allow for in- or on-line primer-less powder coat painting around corners and holes with a Class A Surface. NORYL GTX674PC resin exhibits high heat resistance, improved surface appearance and is an excellent candidate for automotive applications such as mirror housings and brackets. This material is only available in black. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP THERMOCOMP RF006LXP compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 30% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Low Extractables. H-Sil® SDF 60,000 cSt is a linear polymer that is often referred to as "high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane" or "silicone fluid." Its applications include cosmetic ingredients, lubricants for plastics, insulating fluids, household product ingredients, mold-release agents, surface active agents, and many others.

H-Sil® EM 1060 is a 60% active, nonionic emulsion of 10,000 cSt polydimethylsiloxane. This product can be used as-is or diluted with water to form a stable emulsion letdown. It is effective as a release agent for rubber, plastic, and shell metals in foundry applications. This product has additional applications in leather care, textiles, surface lubrication, surface protection, and gloss improvement.

LNP COLORCOMP D10008PR compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin. Added features of this grade include: Flame Retardant, Exceptional Processing, Mold Release.

LNP COLORCOMP DX05471-GN8A091 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin. Added features of this grade include: Glow-In-The-Dark.

This product features vivid and resplendent look with improved ductility and medium flow. UV stabilized. Color package may affect performance. Applications include housing of consumer electronics, cosmetic packaging, automotive interior decoration, etc.

SABIC's Specialties Business ELCRES FXE9111T PC Siloxane copolymer resin is an injection molding grade. Non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant. This resin offers good low temperature (-10 C) ductility in combination with high flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. Available for VisualFx capability in opaque “Illuminate” colors. ELCRES FXE9111T resin may be an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications, including but not limited to Automobile, Appliance, Electronics, etc.

Lexan MPX1 resin is a general purpose product available in limited colors and may be an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.
