SABIC's Specialties Business EXL9330 is an opaque (PC)- siloxane copolymer resin that offers extreme low temperature (-60 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability. This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.

NORYL™ Resin NH5120BIO1 is a blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polystyrene (PS) with bio-based content, and it is not reinforced. This resin is suitable for injection molding and boasts a UL94 flame rating of V1 at 1.5mm, thanks to its non-brominated and non-chlorinated flame retardant properties. This resin offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40 deg C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N190 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N190 resin exhibits high impact strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter/charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors, and wall plates / sockets / switches. *This grade is also referred to as NORYL™ N1900 in several regions.
