SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ HFD4271 is a 10% glass filled, high flow, impact modified, injection moldable grade designed for high flow and superior surface appearance. HFD4271 has enhanced mold release, impact ductility and broad color space. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP UFL269SA compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing 30% glass fiber, 10% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant, Heat Stabilized, Flame Retardant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES ML4412 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin containing 20% glass fiber, medium flow, impact modified injection moldable grade. This grade is available in opaque colors only and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications that require a combination of stiffness and ductility. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N190 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N190 resin exhibits high impact strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter/charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors, and wall plates / sockets / switches. *This grade is also referred to as NORYL™ N1900 in several regions.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP UX06002 compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing aramid fiber, PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Easy Molding, Internally Lubricated, Heat Stabilized, Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ EXL1112 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade. This resin offers good low temperature (-20 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN™ EXL1112 resin is a product available in wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Dielectric Film UTF120 provides solutions for small to medium-sized, professional-grade capacitors, up to 10 microfarads in capacitance, to meet challenging industry requirements. The film exhibits stable properties across a range of temperatures (-40°C to +150 °C) and frequencies, including stable capacitance, good insulation resistance, a stable dielectric constant (Dk), and a low dissipation factor (Df). ULTEM™ Dielectric Film UTF120 has been validated by customers for use with both film-foil and metalized electrodes, including flat aluminum, heavy edge/light body, and fused/patterned electrode designs. It also offers excellent handling through metallization, winding, and capacitor squashing/flattening. Capacitors using this film are capable of passing industry-standard 260°C reflow soldering processes. It is available in 4, 5, 7, and 10-micron gauges and sold in 620mm x 5000m size rolls.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES ML0111 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin with high flow, high impact resistance performance and colorable. This is an injection molding (IM) grade and especially suitable for IMT/IML process.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP COLORCOMP NX06514 is an unfilled Polycarbonate+ABS resin. Added feature of this material are: non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant with UL V0 & 5VB flame rating, improved heat resistance, balanced flow and impact. This grade is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications including appliances, lighting and electrical. This resin also offers improved ductility over conventional GF reinforced PC resins in combination with medium flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times when compared to standard PC. LEXAN™ EXL4019 resin is a product that may be an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications. Available in limited colors only. SABIC's Specialties Business Lexan EXL5689 polycarbonate (PC) resin is a GF reinforced, UV stabilized, flame retardant injection molding copolymer blend. This medium flow resin features UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR agents with excellent processability and improved release performance. Lexan EXL5689 resin offers much improved impact strength and ductility over conventional GF reinforced PC resins. This product is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications, including electrical and electronic enclosures among others.

Aegis® PIR-H35ZI resin from AdvanSix contains 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials while providing the same top performance and processability as Aegis® H35ZI, its standard, non-recycled counterpart.Aegis® PIR-H35ZI resin is an unfilled, low viscosity, non-lubricated nylon 6 injection molding homopolymer exhibiting excellent melt flow properties for filling thin sections and reduced cycle times. Aegis® PIR-H35ZI homopolymer exhibits good strength, stiffness and toughness as well as excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® H60ZI resin is a 2.8 RV, unterminated, medium viscosity homopolymer for monofilament, multifilament and compounding applications.

Aegis® PIR-H55ZP resin from AdvanSix contains 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials while providing the same top performance and processability as Aegis® H55ZP, its standard, non-recycled counterpart. Aegis® PIR-H55ZP is an unterminated, medium viscosity, nylon 6 homopolymer well-suited for monofilament and multifilament applications as well as carpet fiber.

Aegis® PIR-H55ZI resin from AdvanSix contains 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials while providing the same top performance and processability as Aegis® H55ZI, its standard, non-recycled counterpart. Aegis® PIR-H55ZI is an unterminated, medium viscosity, nylon 6 homopolymer well-suited for monfilament and multifilament applications as well as carpet fiber.

Aegis® H100ZP is a medium viscosity, nylon 6 extrusion grade homopolymer for cast or blown film applications. The resin product complies with all food contact regulations. Aegis® H100ZP homopolymer combines strength, toughness and thermoforming properties with excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® H95ZI resin is a medium viscosity, nylon 6 extrusion grade homopolymer for high-strength monofilament and multifilament applications with typical filament tenacities of 5.0-9.0 gpd

Aegis® H55ZP is an unterminated, medium viscosity, nylon 6 homopolymer well-suited for monofilament and multifilament applications as well as carpet fiber.

Aegis® H35ZI is an unfilled, low viscosity, non-lubricated nylon 6 injection molding homopolymer exhibiting excellent melt flow properties for filling thin sections and reduced cycle times. It exhibits good strength, stiffness and toughness as well as excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® PIR-MBM resin from AdvanSix contains 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials while providing the same top performance and processability as Aegis® MBM, its standard, non-recycled counterpart.Aegis® PIR-MBM resin is a terminated, non-delustered, bright, medium dye, medium viscosity nylon 6 resin for carpet fiber and synthetic turf extrusion applications.
