SC-417 is a two-part, low viscosity, clear silicone which will cure at room temperature or at elevated temperatures. The cured elastomer is suited for electrical/electronic potting and encapsulating applications and provides environmental protection. It is readily pourable and can cure from room temperature to 200°C. The cured resin has a very good flexibility with excellent electrical properties and high temperature resistance.

SC-550-LV-TC-1 is a 100% silicone solid elastomer designed for electronic potting applications. This two-component system offers a hard, self-bonding, thermally conductive, low modulus material that is readily repairable. SC-550LV-TC-1 is highly filled and offers excellent thermal conductivity. It is also offers a convenient mix ratio of 1:1 by weight and volume.

SC-550-LV-TC-2 is a 100% silicone solid elastomer designed for electronic potting applications. This two-component system offers a hard, self-bonding, thermally conductive, low modulus material that is readily repairable. SC-550LV-TC-2 is highly filled and offers excellent thermal conductivity. It is also offers a convenient mix ratio of 1:1 by weight and volume.

SC-550-LV-RT is a 100% silicone solid elastomer designed for electronic potting applications. This two-component, room temperature curing system offers a hard, self-bonding, thermally conductive, low modulus material that is readily re-workable.

SC-454M-6 is a thermally conductive, low viscosity, condensation cure, RTV silicone potting or encapsulating compound. It is readily pourable and can cure at room temperature. The cured resin has a very good flexibility with excellent electrical properties and high temperature resistance.

DISPARLON® NSH-8430HF is a surface control additive based on specially prepared acrylic/silicone copolymers designed for baking paints such as acrylic/melamine, alkyd/melamine, polyester/melamine and acid/epoxy paint for automotive and appliance applications. This product strongly prevents cratering caused by dirt/stain contamination, and gives excellent wetting over low surface tension coatings such as some of the new high-polarity automotive OEM coatings.

PEL-SIL™ 9868 is a silicone surfactant that is polyol compatible and especially designed for compatibility with pentane. It is useful in appliance insulation formulations and laminated continuous rigid board foam. PEL-SIL™ 9868 is designed to maximize the k-factor in initial and long term aging in pentane blown foam. With the above blowing agent it will produce foam with excellent flow characteristics, a high percent of closed cells and improved compressive properties.

128-26 is a pourable, thermally conductive, silicone adhesive and potting compound suitable for application by stamping, screen printing, stencil printing, and syringe dispensing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kynar, Kapton, Mylar, glass, and a variety of other surfaces and is very resistant to flexing and creasing. Some applications for 128-26 include but are not limited to potting and encapsulation of stress-sensitive components, thermal management, and low-stress bonding applications.Features One Component thermally conductive heat cured adhesive.

Grade RT507 has good electrical properties under humid conditions, superior heat resistance, and superior arc resistance. 117-33 is a flexible, electrically conductive, silicone pressure sensitive adhesive. The overall balance of peel strength, cohesion, lap shear strength and high temperature holding power provides a versatility that makes this product useful in a wide range of fastening and bonding applications. This product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. Some applications for 117-33 include, polymer thick film circuitry, and electrical attachments for stress sensitive devices. 117-33 is one of the few conductive adhesives that can bond to silicone substrates and surfaces. STG-41 is a non-reactive, Silicone, Thermally Conductive Grease with a high thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance with a soft, non-flowable consistency. This product is formulated with specialty binding agents to achieve lowest amount of bleed and evaporations. It is designed for applications where a silicone thermal interface material is required and where the device may later need to be easily removed from the heat sink. This compound is ideally suited for use in thin cross-sectional thicknesses down to ≤ 1 mil.
