SILRES® BS 1802 is an admixture for the integral waterproofing of fresh concrete in its undiluted form. Additionally, it can be utilized as a water-resisting admixture for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products. SILRES® BS 1802 effectively prolongs the service life of concrete structures by inhibiting the alkali-silica reaction (ASR).

SILRES® BS 17040 is a high-quality, water-thinnable silane emulsion that is solvent-free. It is specifically formulated to act as a water repellent for impregnating and priming alkaline mineral surfaces. Additionally, it can be used as a water-resisting admixture for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

SILRES® BS SMK 2101 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield a microemulsion. Dilute aqueous solutions of SILRES® BS SMK 2101 are high-quality specialty water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming normal and reinforced concrete, as well as water resisting admixtures for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

SILRES® BS 1803 A is a stable and VOC-compliant silicone emulsion with a 60% active content. It is specifically designed to reduce water uptake and create visual beading on concrete substrates while allowing the pores and capillaries to remain unblocked. This product is particularly effective when it comes to preventing water uptake and promoting beads, even at very low addition levels. One of the main applications of SILRES® BS 1803 A is as an admixture for non-load bearing cement-based formulated products, including precast products, blocks, and pavers. By incorporating this emulsion into the formulation, the resulting products gain enhanced waterproofing properties and resistance to water penetration. Furthermore, SILRES® BS 1803 A can also be used as a topical sealer for post-treatment of cement-based formulated products.

SILRES® BS 1601 is n-octyltriethoxysilane, which is used undiluted as a water-repellent primer and impregnating agent for normal and reinforced concrete. It offers significant benefits such as the reduction of chloride and water absorption by the concrete, minimizing concrete loss due to freeze/road salt attack, and exhibiting low volatility. Once applied to the concrete, SILRES® BS 1601 reacts with atmospheric moisture or pore water present in the concrete, resulting in the generation of the active ingredient. This active ingredient effectively reduces the water absorbency of the treated concrete while maintaining a high level of water vapor permeability. Importantly, the treatment does not block pores or capillaries within the concrete.

SILRES® BS Creme C is an aqueous, solventless, creamy, silane-based water repellent. It is a high-quality specialty product designed for the hydrophobic impregnation of both normal and reinforced concrete. It is commonly used in applications related to concrete protection, construction materials, hydrophobic impregnation, and infrastructure.

CP-1007™ is a non-flammable, non-toxic, non-acid, penetrating silicate sealer that strengthens and internally waterproofs cementious materials. CP-1007 is water-based and environmentally friendly. Unlike membrane forming sealers which can be worn away in high traffic areas’, leaving unprotected concrete unsightly and susceptible to chemical attack, CP-1007 penetrates into the surface and cannot be scratched or peeled off. When applied to concrete or masonry, CP-1007 reacts with calcium hydroxide and reduces porosity and permeability of the concrete matrix. This serves to increase the hardness and chemical resistance which, in turn, increases the service life of the surface. In conditions where salt air and humidity attack the concrete, causing oxidation of the reinforcing steel, CP-1007 has proved to halt such corrosion activity. When the CP-1007 is applied to concrete exposed to such conditions, exfoliation or expulsion of the chlorides takes place. The CP-1007 reacts with free alkali in the concrete forming a silica hydrogel that fills the capillaries within the matrix. This hydrogel waterproofs and seals the surface after all materials harmful to the concrete are removed. This process could take up to thirty days or longer, depending on the chloride and acidic residual concentration within the capillaries.

BD54750 is a low viscosity polyamine epoxy product. The BD54750 is designed for metals and plastics bonding. This product is ideal for highway and bridge deck repairs, potting, casting, and encapsulation, floor systems, linings of tanks and pipes, and coatings. This product has good chemical, corrosion, and water resistance. It is especially formulated for a 1:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 4 hours with a full cure at room temperature within 48 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.

CP-500W™ is a one component, VOC compliant, penetrating water repellent which contains a proprietary modified siloxane. This water-based siloxane penetrates most masonry and concrete pores and capillaries up to ¼ inch or more depending on surface porosity and moisture content at the time of application. CP-500W reacts with the silica in concrete and masonry in the presence of ultraviolet light and atmospheric moisture. This reaction forms strong permanent bonds beneath the surface and creates a hydrophobic zone that prevents water molecules from penetrating, while allowing free migration of water vapors. The chemical bonds formed in this process allow CP-500W to become integral part of the substrate and provide long-term water repellent protection.

SW-244-40 VOC™ is a DOT grade clear, penetrating 40% alkylalkoxysilane water repellent designed for the protection of exterior above-grade concrete, brick masonry. It penetrates the surface and bonds chemically to the substrate, resulting in permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule. SW-244-40 VOC is not a coating and as a result will not discolor or change the surface appearance in any way.

SW-244-100™ VOC is a high performance, 100% silane water repellent. This unique silane system is designed to penetrate deeply into the substrate and impart a high level of water and chloride ion screening. This provides the substrate with long lasting protection. SW-244-100 VOC is not a coating and as a result will not discolor or change surface appearance.

CP-500™ PREMIUM protects masonry and other building materials against damage due to penetration by water and waterborne chemicals. CP-500 PREMIUM is not a surface coating. It penetrates up to ¼ inch or ore into treated surfaces and bonds with the substrate to provide long lasting, protection, even at hairline cracks.

SW-244 is a clear penetrating, breathable water repellent designed for the protection of exterior above-grade concrete, brick masonry, and some natural stones from the damage caused by water intrusion. It penetrates the surface and bonds chemically to the substrate, resulting in permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule. SW-244 is not a coating and as a result will not discolor or change the surface appearance in any way.

Color Seal II™ is a membrane-forming acrylic co-polymer sealer which is sprayed-on fresh colored concrete as a curing compound. It is used instead of water curing or plastic curing sheets which can discolor the slab. Color Seal II™ Keeps water in the slab while it cures which helps prevent cracking and optimizes final hardness. It is also dustproof and seals the surface to protect against water damage and most stains. It is semi-transparent and tinted in 40 different shades to match our color card for integrally colored concrete.

Neyra AE is an environmentally friendly asphalt emulsion pavement sealer containing high molecular weight polymers, mineral fillers. Neyra AE is modified with specialized surfactants that is formulated as a weather protective, water resistant coating for asphalt surfaces.

KoeppCell® K/EV 45 is closed-cell having soft-elastic EV foam. It is chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam.

T-PRO® 400HT is a high-strength latex co-polymer designed specifically for high temperature film formation and arid climates. T-PRO 400HT polymer develops high compressive strength when mixed with soil and provides excellent abrasion resistance when used as a topical seal coat in wear course stabilization. It is highly water resistant when fully cured and stable under wet conditions, like all Terratech polymer products. It does not breakdown or leach and provides long term stabilization of fines in base materials.

ClariShield® Solvent-Based Natural Look Clear Sealer provides a low-sheen finish that adds depth of color and enhances the appearance of concrete and pavers.

Crystal Clear 951F is a flattened version of the above sealer for applications where color enhancement is desired without the surface shine or sheen. Fast drying and contains a minimum of 15% solids.

KoeppCell® K/PE 35 FR is closed-cell having soft-elastic PE foam. It is chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam.

Belzona 3121 FN10130 is a two-component emergency repair and weatherproofing system for sealing all types of roof surfaces and structures against atmospheric attack even during adverse weather conditions. Designed for instant waterproofing at all times of the year. Used in conjunction with Belzona 9331, a synthetic reinforcing sheet used to bridge roof contours and control film thickness.

Coatings based on Plastifloor® 800 N excel in high low-temperature flexibility. Plastifloor® 800 N is also used as membrane layer for Plastifloor® coatings and is thus especially appropriate for application in coolers and freezers. Furthermore Plastifloor® 800 N may be used as grouting component for movement joints with very good low-temperature flexibility in outside sections.

Cactus Industrial PMMA-Based Anti Slip Paint is a solvent-free, 3-component heavy-duty anti-skid flooring system that’s designed for areas subject to extreme abrasion and wear. This specialist, durable flooring coating delivers excellent grip properties for indoor and outdoor use where a sure foothold is required. It’s suitable for all conditions, including wet environments. The system offers fine, medium and coarse aggregate for a suitable textured finish on steel, concrete and other substrates.

Crystal Clear Stone Seal is a medium viscosity coating designed to seal dense floor surfaces such as flagstone, quarry tile, terrazzo, etc. where a low to medium sheen is desired. Fast drying and contains a minimum solids is 18%.

KoeppCell® K/PE 40 CN is closed-cell having soft-elastic PE foam. It is chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam.

Black Bitumen Paint is a medium viscosity bitumen reduced with a C9-C12 petroleum derived hydrocarbon. It is black in appearance, mobile and compatible as a waterproof protective coating for a wide variety of substrates (iron, steel, lead, zinc, aluminum, asbestos, cement, concrete, stone, wood, felt and brick). When dry, the product forms an odorless and taint-free black film. It can be used for metal protection and overcoating of wood and felt roofing. For large civil projects, it meets the requirements of a highways/civil engineering grade cutback bitumen.

Crystal Clear 903X is a heavy viscosity sealer for a variety of masonry surfaces where heavy shine and a deep “wet look” is desired. Fast drying and contains a minimum of 30% solids. For outdoor use only.

L&L #300 Mastic is a high-build, waterborne, elastomeric barrier coating. Its unique blend of premium acrylic resins and pigments combine to form a durable, mildew-resistant film with exceptional adhesion and flexibility. L&L 300 is a breathing mastic which allows damaging substrate moisture to escape, while protecting against ultra-violet, water and air-flow intrusion.

Crystal Clear Standard X is of medium viscosity. The most popular all around protective sealer for most floor and wall surfaces. Fast drying and contains a minimum of 18% solids. For outdoor use only.

CORRIDOL 864-Acrylic coating is a colored, non-slip coating for surrounding areas in stadiums, traffic education parks, corridors, velodrome etc. applied on asphalt and cement waterproofed surfaces after the application of ELASTOSPORT 853.

KoeppCell® K/EV 35 is ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA). It is closed-cell, soft-elastic EVA foam and chemically crosslinked ethylene vinyl acetate foam.

Classic Pro-Seal 2000 is a high gloss, low VOC, single component, high solids, solvent (acetone) base sealer that is designed to be used over our acid stain, water based stains, polymer modified cementitious toppings, concrete, waterborne colorants, masonry, stone, pavers, and brick. It may be used for exterior applications in a wide range of climates. Pro-Seal 2000 Wet Look has excellent UV stability and will not yellow.

10-02 Asphalt Cutback Pavement Sealer is an asphalt-solvent blend that cures to a hard, water and weather-resistant protective coating over most surfaces. 10-02 improves the appearance of older paved areas and retards the natural aging process of asphaltic concrete.
